Hotel was a nice and quiet place. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean but on the wall higher up it looked like someone sprayed pop on the walls.

Mold/mildew in bathroom. ? Under repair. Stained roof tiles. Musty odor. Dingy towels/ wash cloths. Stained carpet in hallway. Patches on doors. Some distance from city center/attractions Window coverings need updating (shades did not cover entire window. Sheer curtains in middle did not block night or day light from outside. Fighting high speed internet data charge I did not use or ask for

Staff were really friendly and our stay was very clean. Breakfast buffet has many different options and was a lot better than I had expected.

This hotel is a two star at best. The staff are excellent. They go out of their way to assist and accommodate. The 420.00 per night charge is absolutely ridiculous. After this stay we spent two nights at a five star in Muskoka. It was less than the 840.00 charge for two nights at the Fairfield. I expected much more for the price.

The loacation was perfect for my trip. Unfortunately the bed wasn’t comfortable which is why I gave it 3 stars.

The room needs a good Reno as hotel does lots of leaky ceiling tiles very dated

Nice to stay

Place was a little pricey for the room we’ve got. A little retro with the carpet flooring. Room was humid when we walked in, Had to turn on the heater to dry the air. Would I book there again? Probably not,

It was great. I just wish continental breakfast was earlier than 7. Had to skip breakfast.

Soooooo, the pool was actually horrendous and we didn’t go. There was a soccer group there running about and chips on the floor-inside the hotel room was clean-but the pool was why Kate wanted to go so between that being inswimable and the kids yelling and running wild and finding food everywhere it really killed the vibe. On the other hand if you’re going with a team your kids can have a great time running around and they’re very understanding

Breakfast was pretty good with refills of items when needed. Parking was good. Starting to show some wear in shower area, possibly due to no fan in the bathroom. Everything needed was there. Great sleep on comfy King bed with great pillows.

The room definitely could’ve used some updating and cleaning. Bed covers were stained. Food on the bathroom floor which had ants all over when we arrived.
