Ketersediaan kamar waktu check in pukul 5.20 kamar belum ready, dan wifi yang kurang bagus.

Sudah 2x menginap di sini, hotelnya lumayan dekat Pantai Legian dengan jalan kaki.

Hotel location is good to go anywhere in south Bali. Staff were nice and friendly. But need to improve check-in time. We arrived hotel at 2:30, but entered the room at 3:30. Everything was good except that one.

OK kok, cuma sayang saja saat masuk kamar aromanya tidak enak, bau dan lembap. Akhirnya saya minta pindah kamar. Apa karena hotel sudah usia ya? Kalau bersih sudah bersih standar hotel pada umumnya.

Nice hotel for staying. Strategic location. Close to anywhere.

Kamar nyaman, bersih, dengan balkon. Makanan banyak variasi, staf ramah.

Front office staff, sangat ramah.

Lokasi strategis, dekat banget ke pantai, minimarket, tempat belanja.

Strategis banget tempatnya kemana-mana, dekat Alfamart, Circle ke, tempat makan, pantai dan dekat laundry kiloan ehehehe.

Staff sebenar nya ramah, tp pas ada perlu urgent di telpon nya susah. Padahal pas check in mereka info kalau perlu apa-apa bisa dial ke FO. Kamar bersih, pool bersih, makanan enak. Bisa jalan kaki ke pantai legian dan kuta. Stay di sini untuk kedua kali nya dan cukup puas.

Lokasinya dekat Pantai Legian, akses mudah ke lokasi wisata.

The facilities are very old, the room is so small. The water in the swimming pool smells bad and seems not clean. And the swimming pool is not big as the picture looks like. The price of this hotel is not fair. I have stayed at another hotel in June, which is more closer to the beach, and with larger room, but almost half price from Mecure. I have been travelled in bali for many times. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in Bali. I am very disappointed. The room service staff are passionate and very nice, but there is a girl at the reception seems not happy. She would rather serve White People than serve me-an asia face people. She always wear a fake and cold smile. Anyway, other staffs are very nice. Not recommended, with this price, you have many other good choices.

Hotelnya nyaman untuk tinggal bersama keluarga, lokasinya juga sangat pas bagi yang suka jalan-jalan, tapi makanan di hotelnya pada saat sarapan pagi rasa makanannya menurut saya kurang enak dan menu makanannya kurang banget.

Great location, clean room, cozy.

Had to wait around 30 mins for check in process, but we could drop our baggage first and received welcome drink. The room well prepared, nice and clean. The cons is the lighting, but its OK for me. Various menu for breakfast, have 2 pool (near the restaurant and at 4th floor) which nice. Location near the Legian beach and tourist area (restaurant/art market) also not too far from airport (need to take car/bycycle). Good service from all the staffs. So far we have a great experience at Mercure Legian!

Staf hotel yang baik dan ramah, kamar bersih dan nyaman. Dekat dengan pantai berjalan sekitar 2km dari hotel. Lokasi strategis dekat dengan restoran, minimart dan toko-toko. Sayang kolam renang lantai atas lagi direnovasi

Saya menginap tanggal 22 Juni 2023. Proses check in agak lama, beberapa tamu complain karena room belum readiy. Waktu beli voucher di aplikasi saya hanya membaca breakfast included, ternyata hanya untuk 1 pax saja. Room kelihatan bersih dan amenities lengkap. Tapi malam sehabis dinner di luar saat memasuki room ternyata lantai kotor seperti belum di pel dan linen juga kotor karena kulit saya langsung gatel. Dengan nama besar Accord seharusnya standard kebersihan lebih tinggi. Friendly staff.
