Beautiful atmosphere. So much to see in every floor. The theatre was superb! Great acoustics and not a bad seat in the house. We did have a few hiccups with our room however, but did not make a big fuss about. -As a high end hotel, our room (512) had a lot of accumulated dust behind the TV. -The bathroom walls could have been cleaned much better. -A couple of the smaller lightbulbs were burned out which kind of takes away from the overall ambiance and aesthetics of the room. -The pop machine on our floor was completely “sold out” of beverages. Other than those minor things the experience and stay was beautiful.

What an outstanding property, the music the whole vibe of the Jag was a weekend to remember

Would definitely stay here again, if we come back to St John’s. Beautiful hotel and close to everything we want to see

Great food, service and all around vibes at JAG!

Lovely hotel. However pool hours are only from 9-11 for kids under 16. It would be nice if they let them swim again in the evening. So I had 2 kids and a baby stuck in the room all evening with nothing to do.

Had a great stay at the Jag

We would definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly. The hotel is centrally located, clean, and fun.

The vibe was so great! A lot like a Nashville or Las Vegas style hotel. Amazing staff and service. The Exile restaurant was fabulous for breakfast as was the Mojo lounge for drinks. Zimmy’s also had delicious food and live entertainment. All areas were comfortable and relaxing. Pool, sauna and hot tub were lovely as well. Would definitely come back!

Nice room. Paid for water view and while we could see the water we were actually on the side of the building and could only see the water if we stood in the far corner of the window. Was disappointed to pay the extra for water view but was looking at other buildings. Should be marketed as obstructed water view or something similar.

Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Mojo Bar is great, good drinks, rocknroll vibe. We were travelling as a group and wanted rooms together which we didn’t get. Some of the room layouts have the bathroom door opening right into the bed and has a motion light that is triggered by movement from the bed.

Overall, nice hotel, rater funky (in a good way), nice restaurants

Such a beautiful hotel! Loved the music theme that was carried throughout the lobby and the rooms! Staff were all so incredibly pleasant - especially the doormen/valets! Rooms were spacious and clean and had all the amenities one needs. The bathroom was very spacious and loved the counter space! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who goes to St. John's!
