I think we booked a high end room as it was pricy but had a jetted tub, and fireplace in the room. The location was great as we could walk everywhere except the National Park.

We enjoyed the food (had 3 meals there) and the ambience—especially the in-room gas fireplace and the harbor view. Service was friendly and prompt. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We wanted to charge our EV overnight. While they only have a regular 110V outlet, they made it easy for me to park next to the outlet and charge overnight.

The location was perfect. The check in was seamless. Room 36 is a corner room with fantastic views. Best in the harbor we thought. Sadie at the bar was a joy. They have complimentary cookies and potato chips. We loved our stay here.

The room was really nice. The amenities were great and I enjoyed the fireplace. The location is great: close to everything and a quick walk to the ferry. Don’t bother with a car! The staff are the best: friendly and helpful.

Room was beautiful, the staff was super friendly, allowed us to check in early during the slow season and we truly got to enjoy the room and view.

My stay was fabulous! The staff was great and they were very accommodating. Breakfast was good coffee excellent. Dinner not so much. I had the Halibut. It was stinky dry and nothing exceptional. I would not recommend it. There are other great restaurants that I would choose.

We came here for my husbands birthday and they made it so special for us. Champagne waiting in the room and a wonderful jacuzzi tub! Very helpful front desk as well.
