管理混乱，非常糟糕的体验，至今我交了两份钱不知道能不能退还给我一份。我在好订网预订完后直接从信用卡上扣了钱，但入住当晚酒店的前台小姐就查不到订单，但还是给了我钥匙入住，第二天早上退房收了我的现金有没有给我Receipt，打电话给好订网要求退回，但好订网向我要收据证明，难道没有收据酒店就查不到账单了吗？比国内招待所好不了多少的条件居然是四星级？看来奥地利的酒店管理水平跟德国酒店没法比！

Convenient location.

It’s a great hotel stay. The room is confortable, quiet, the staff friendly and good breakfast. All we need. The location is great to explore the town and take the early ferry to Lindau. We had a great time. Parking in Bregenz is expensive but the hotel offers a discount to the standard daily rate of the carpark which is appreciable.

Elegant traditional hotel conveniently situated a short walk (7 mins) from the railway station and close to all main attractions. Comfortable quiet single room with nice view of the mountain. Firm mattress and inadequate bedside lighting the only reservations. Extremely helpful receptionist. Nice cocktail bar.

Very friendly service and courteous staff. The accommodation was clean, well located and everything ran like clockwork.

A floor mat for the Barhrub is necessary as the floor is very slippery and can be quite dangerous especially for seniors.

Zimmer war sauber. Nur die Dusche war ein halbwarmer dünner Wasserstrahl. Man konnte das Wasser nicht stärker oder wärmer stellen. Für ein Frühstück 20 Euro zu verlangen ist schon sehr hoch. Leider hat die Auswahl nicht annähernd den Preis wieder gespiegelt - leider.

Saknade den sedvanliga kaffekokaren på rummet. Särskilt som det inte gick att utverka en kopp kaffe efter det att frukosten stängt.

3er Zimmer. Sehr grosszügiges Zimmer. Sehr schön und passend renoviert. Bad auch sehr schön. Ruhig. Rezeption sehr freundlich. Würde sofort wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

O quarto tem um otimo tamanho, limpo e muito confortável.
