Mainly cleanliness was an issue, I found lots of hair and debri on the box spring edge at the top of the bed mattress where it meets the head board and mattress. It was gross. also hair on floor in bathroom and mop boards need to be cleaned. The table on the patio needed cleaning as well. Also coffee cups would be nice to have in the kitchenette and maybe paper plates and some plastic silverware in the cupboard,

We were disappointed because we thought we were renting an Ocean view room. There was no view of the ocean!

The property has no a/c or heating. No coffee in room. No closet only a curtain. For over 300.00 per night I expect more! Will never be back!!

Close to the center but away from the noise and beautiful view. It would be nice to have regular coffee mugs for the room. Use if requested

The staff was very friendly and cheerful. What I did not like, there was no coffee in the room, yes I know its in the lobby, not convenient. No air conditioning in the room and the furniture was scratched and in bad shape it should be replaced. The side table between the beds should be larger to accommodate cell phones and sleep apnea unit.

Great room.

I normally like staying at Best Western Plus but was disappointed in the ground floor handicap room. I am not handicapped. The bathroom was very disappointing.

Our first time going to the beach with our kids, reserved a room that was supposed to be pet friendly and ended up with a pet friendly room that smelled like a pet terrible. > I called and requested this to be changed before we checked in and was given an option of paying an extra 350 dollars to change so we declined. Asked that room service would change out towels and trash on the second day that only happened after the 3rd reminder. And worst of all on the 3rd night the fire alarm went off at 2 in the morning woke everyone up and got out off hotel to be told it was another guest that was tampering with an alarm. Ruined the night. Asked front desk if there was any compensation for the alarm going off and they looked at me like was a nobody and said yeah we’re not doing anything about that.

The hotel is quiet and clean. The flower hanging baskets outside are absolutely beautiful! The beds are comfortable. I do wish the front staff would have called or texted me when my room was ready, though. At check-in, we were told our room wasn’t ready yet and they would call or text us once it was available and confirmed our number. We never received contact and went back to inquire a while later, noting we weren’t contacted. There was no explanation or apology offered. The gentleman seemed less than enthusiastic to assist me at check in, noting he offered water bottles to others ahead of me checking in. It’s a few small things, really, but it just wasn’t a great start to our stay. He also seemed a bit put out when I asked for more than two key cards, too. Overall, the hotel was clean and quiet. The parking lot was very full, but it was a holiday weekend.

I liked the staff at the restaurant and the food, the ladies were professional and personable. The only thing I didn’t like was the first night, the young family with toddlers were loud along with their barking dog. The second night, after letting mgmt know, there wasn’t any problems. I actually slept and had a better day.

Beautiful view of the north beach. Quick walk to the aquarium and the Carousel shops. Friendly staff. Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.5⭐😊

Not what I expected

Great hotel!

I had a wonderful stay.

Very well kept up property with a nice cafe on main floor. If you want to see the ocean get 3rd floor or higher as 1st and 2nd cannot see past the dunes. The promenade is right next to hotel so easy access to Main Street and plenty of parking. Great stay!

The room is so small you should make it into a storage room. Charging $ 200.00 is outrageous

This was an awful experience. Worst ever customer service I’ve ever experienced. Period.
