Would have been great if the staff was more proficient in English. The property was a bit dated, but a great value for money. They staff were very helpful and friendly once on-site, but did not return e-mails prior to arrival. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Overall a great stay!

The hotel is right next to all the main locations in punta arenas and is walkable from all tourist attractions/ restaurants. The staff were super friendly and went the extra mile to give us to go lunches as we had very early tours on both days. Kudos to them to do that and very kind / professional. The room was neat and spacious with the overall hotel being a bed and breakfast vibe in general. For the price you paid and all things weighed in this hotel is definitely recommended if you visit punta arenas.

The room was very nice and the hotel is in a great location

This property has been operating as a hotel for nearly a hundred years. It is clean and well kept. It reminded us of a small hotel in the film noir era (except this one takes debit/credit cards). Located near the center of Punta Arenas downtown it was within walking distance of many activities and our tours frequently picked us up last and dropped off first!

Relacion calidad-precio perfecto.La habitacion muy limpia,cama y almohadas comodas para dormir,ubicacion excelente-entre mercado municipal y plaza de Armas.El personal muy muy amable.Si algun dia vuelvo a Punta Arenas me alojaria de nuevo.

Precisa de reforma. Sem tomadas, janela quebrada, colchão afundado. Dá para dormir mas não se vê a hora de sair de lá e ir para a rua. Outra coisa, pedi um Taxi e me mandaram um carro comum bem duvidoso sobre procedência. No final, deu tudo certo, mesmo assim gera insegurança. Por fim, custo benefício, não compensou mas notei que isso é um padrão de toda a Patagônia Chilena e Argentina
