Location was ok. But staff service was not up to par. Called them for a room exchange but they didn’t get back to me in the middle of the night. Service is kinda slow. No smiles on faces :x

It's hot in the room at afternoon time when we arrived because the room is facing on the sun.And the aircon not too cold enough.And also for the shower gel is too little for 2 people taking a bath twice a day.But for the others matters will be fine.

The room is spacious, very quiet so I can sleep really well. The view to the ocean is so amazing. Nice surrounding. Got a road called "Surabaya" which is a city in Indonesia where I come from. Near to tourist attraction and new office buildings and 5 stars hotel. Really really loved it and really really recommended. And they gave us extremely delicious cookies when you check in, so yummy.

Hotel yang tergolong baru dan bersih, Kamar dan pelayanan bagus dengan front desk yang berbahasa inggris baik (banyak hotel di china bahkan bintang 4/5 tapi tidak bisa bahas inggris dengan jelas.) Cocok buat yang mau jogging di daerah ini dan cari suasana tenang, tapi mungkin kurang cocok buat yang lebih ingin jalan-jalan di tengah kota karena letaknya agak jauh. Walaupun demikian, Taksi gampang di dapat dan tidak terlalu lama kalau mau ke tengah kota (15-20 menit.)
