The time I arrived, there where on good reaction for me from the front desk they didn’t try at least to check in the computer if there is availability or not for upgrade in the same time my friends had three rooms and they upgraded them. I don’t know why to keep in mind. This is my fifth time in the same hotel and I think it will be the last time. Thank you very much.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Yürüme mesafesinde 2 AVM var. Yürüyerek Nizami sokağına gidebilirsiniz. Odalar geniş ve bakımlı. Bu otelin en kötü yanı kahvaltıda belli oluyor. Açık büfe alanı çok küçük insanlar birbirine çarpıyor. Bizim konakladığımız sırada 2 Grup hintli vardı. Ayakta elleriyle yiyorlar. Zaten son gün otelde kahvaltı yapmayı bıraktık....

Old hotel with poor service,there was lots of noise in the early morning from careless housekeeping, the bathroom was dirty, towels were very old, bed sheets were dirty, overall very bad experience, wouldnt stay here again.

This hotel is one of the worse hotels in the IHG chain. While some staff mainly the non-managerial ones are great, but most of the staff are rude and impolite, their gestures and way they talk to patrons is not really something that reflects IHG hospitality. Checked into the hotel with my family (family of 3) and literally was given a room that dont even have enough space to keep two baggages properly. Had to upgarde to a suite next morning for additonal $90 per night to get a decent size bed that can fit 3 since they are charging me 50 Manats extra per day for additional bed(even after charging extra for the additional guest). Even getting a suite and being a platinum elite member, have to ask every day for additional towels and plates, glassses etc. Credits Cards dont work, bathrooms gets water logged, AC vents drips water, no supply of moisturizers, but above all the rudeness of the managerial staff adds the last straw, better be with Marriott or Hilton even though it will take $20/30 extra is a much wiser option. AVOID this hotel.

Holiday Inn Baku advertise they do have a swimming pool, however it doesn't work for months. Reception also can not give clear answer when it will be available again.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und die Zimmer sind sehr gross. Leider aber zieht es in der Klimaanlage den Rauch (Zigaretten) rein, so dass es im Zimmer danach riecht. Auch waren die Betten zu weich. Ich würde aber bei einem weiteren Baku-Aufenthalt nochmals dieses Hotel wählen.
