First room got light bulb problem infront the toilet. Second room got water leaking problem.

Negative: The bathroom are too dirty with thick black stains at floors and walls, disgusting. Hot water not really good, I have to open it and wait for 5-7min to wait for a proper hot water, its really wasting my waiting time over there. Outside of my room, the housekeeping phone ringing so loud until I can hear it inside my room. It's really disturbing me when I was sleeping. I told housekeeping to makeup my room, when I come the rooms door opened and the cleaning trolley is in front of my room, and the maid is outside at the end of the corridor chit chatting with her colleagues. I left all my important things inside my room with no one there. Electric sockets near to bed not properly fixed should be highlighted by housekeeping to maintenance whenever do daily cleaning. USB sockets also not working. Positive: Wifi good, breakfast good, staff at reception, bellman and restaurant are good. Pool is very clean.

ทางโรงแรมบริการดีมาก แต่ว่ากลางคืนจะเสียงดังหน่อย เนื่องจากมีสถานบันเทิงอยู่รอบๆเลย ส่วนเรื่องความสะดวกสบายโอเคเลยค่ะ ในห้องมีของพร้อมเลย ทั้งไดร์เป่าผม เตารีด ที่รองรีด กาน้ำร้อน มีหัวปลั๊กหลายหัวพร้อมหัว USB สำหรับชาร์ทแบตมือถือด้วย ดีงามมากค่ะ และที่สำคัญมีเซเว่นอยู่ข้างหน้าโรงแรมเลย หาของกินง่ายค่ะ

My first choice hotel in danok

Too noisy. Noise till 6am only stop.

New hotel. Near to the shopping area. From my room I can see the colourful led lights from the nearby Asian Cultural Village. Room is spacious. Kids love the pool. Hotel lobby is beautiful. Breakfast was great.
