The staffs are friendly. The location is not too far from public transport, and the size of the room is considered big for the price level of hotel rooms in Tokyo.

Location-wise it is near train stations so quite strategic. For a smoking room, it is rather small but cozy, well-ventilated and I had quite a wonderful time staying here. The staffs are very helpful and are super-nice. Overall, I had a wonderful time staying here.
