The location near from mall, it was good hotel, unfortunately the staff not too friendly.

Actually good, but pelayanan kurang bagus. Order dari traveloka saya biasanya data langsung ok, ini problem wifi, signal xbagus, berkali kali tanya saya betul ka ad book hotel, kemudian staff tak cekap dalam rekap booked hotel, kalau memang tidak ad dalam list book traveloka sharusnya staff boleh cek dkt apps lain kalau memang kerja apps tu akan dipindahkan sistem book. Semua option y saya tulis tak di endahkan:(

Room was clean and had all basic need.

Great hotel, near to main attraction. Cleanliness needs to be improved, especially the bathroom.

There is one Mak cik at the front desk quite snob and using unnecessary annoying tone when deal wift guest. Room was comfy, water pressure okay, but the sink is clogged.

The room is not that spacious but OK for a single traveller. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Toilet cleanliness is moderate only. But the hotel is very near to the Aman Central Mall. Distance walking distance. Many restaurants around within walking distance too.

Clean room. Hotel staff were friendly. Nearby shopping mall so getting food is easy.

I usually stay here for work purpose. The room is clean, simple. With table. Have instant coffee and tea. Comfy for short travel period. Room size is OK, not too small. Have adequate space for prayer.

The room is clean and tidy. Good location and easy to spot. Besides, Aman Central is about 100-200 metres from the hotel.

Semuanya oke, untuk keta pula senang nak parking dekat bawa hotel, thank you Alor Setar ada masa lagi akan kembali

Check in jam 3.30 pm. Air panas untuk mandi tak ada. Maklumkan pada kaunter. Sampai malam masih sama. Mandi air sejuk. Bila tanya kaunter (staff shift baru) dia tak tahu isu yang diadukan. Rupanya semua bilik tak ada hot water untuk mandi. Sampai pagi air masih sejuk. Waktu check out jam 11.00am tanya pada kaunter kenapa tak ada ada water heater. Baru bagi tau. Main controller heater rosak. 🙆. Sepatutnya bagi tau lah awal.
