Our experience was good with it being a convenient place to stay and rest airside. it was quiet where we were located unlike many airport hotels. shower was great however noisy because it was a strong, could hear other showers. Friends also stayed in another room but their experience was less positive.

Hotel sangat recommended untuk transit

I booked 6 hours stay during transit to Jakarta. It was located near Gate C5 inside the KLIA1. If your airplane was arrived at Gate H or G, you need to take a shuttle bus first. The check in process was smooth, so does the check out. 2 twin bed was comfy enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Biasa aja sih, harga terlalu mahal, untuk 12 jam saja.

Nice clean room, good option to rest if you have a connecting flight. The hotel is conveniently located airside and easy access to gates for the next flight.

The hotel is at the airside. It is perfect if you are in transit with an upcoming boarding pass on hand, located in the satellite terminal. Mind your time if your gate is in the main terminal. The room is basic but clean and windowless.

I booked this hotel for 12 hours and we will continue our next flight in the next early morning. The price is affordable, The room was comfortable, clean and spacious this is not our first time booked Sama Sama Hotel, The airplane from Indonesia arrived at the gate was far from the hotel, so we took a shuttle bus to the hotel. Anyway. Overall was good 👍

Please have the hotel staff more friendly, we just arrived from our long hour flight and we were expecting a warm greet at the front desk but we didn't get it:(This is my second stay in sama sama express but this time I did't feel comfortable with front desk staff. We will think twice to recommend to our friend, sorry ….

Check in cepat, pelayanan baik, dan kamar yang bersih, sangat membantu untuk transit.

Their location is at KLIA gate C. So, the building is different from gate A. Going to the hotel by bus, it's a bit troublesome but worth it.

Scam. This is located inside international terminal. Not outside and limited if having international boarding pass. I change to Hotel Sama-Sama outside KLIA which cost me an additional $ 100. Suprisingly I met 2-3 guess with similar experience. Totally not recommended.
