Overall the room with private onsen is good. But just the public onsen is so small and old. The service is excellent.

服務人員服務很好，菜色也不錯，住宿多天菜色也都會有所變更，溫泉泡起來很舒服。 周圍很安靜，周遭景點走路都很近。 不過因為是老旅館，整體看起來比較老舊。

You may say it’s hard to find guests review among non Japanese web/ blog, but I’m sure you will not regret to stay here with the surprisingly amazing accommodation!

整體滿意，職員有禮細心，送上熱茶糕點，早晚餐豐富美味， 房間有兩層，下層係客廳，上層係房間，下層內有私人浸浴池，有室內同室外兩個浴池，環境優靜，酒店位置方便，鄰近金鱗湖，購物商店街，又有私人泊車位非常方便。

除左酒店門口有d隠密，其他都很好

The food, the room and the atmosphere is perfect. My room got alarm triggered randomly and they exchange me immediately with another room which has better layout and newly decorated.

網上顯示酒店的名稱，沒有在酒店入口張貼，以致多次經過附近（用gps),也找不到酒店的入口，要找附近的商舖幫助才找到。

Superior room, hot spring and meal, and most important of all, perfect and thoughtful service!

Room is big, clean and bright. It seem our room Sakura is newly decorated. There are one open-air onsen and one in-door onsen in our room. Dinner is good and tasty. The hotel is a little difficult to find by driving car. It is a bit far away from the main street, but very close to the lake. It would be an unforgettable memory if you could get up early and go to the lake early in the morning.

一入旅館見到全館職員來送迎...寒冬中送上迎賓柚子茶...so sweet! 上層兩房間一西式，一日式！！兩種體驗非常棒！！上下兩層各有一個電坐廁，十分方便！室內及露天浴池各有特式...特別今次住尾房，沒有其他房客路經，私隱度極高！ 懷石晚餐材料新鮮....一桌會席料理十分美味！早餐更不得了，款式不比晚餐少...只是份量輕盈一點！正！ 金鱗湖就在旅館門前步行五分鐘內腳程...可惜趕行程未有欠留。真心會分享給朋友！大推介！!
