接近自然環境的短暫停留，令心情放鬆自在。 但早餐定食沒有變化，相對三天都食同樣的食物，有點悶。

Most of the thing is good in this hotel. However, the attitudes of some of the staffs in the front desk is very terrible. They are very impolite and rude to foreigners, especially those ladies who can speak very fluent English.

Very new, very modern. Two hour complimentary wines on the day of arrival. Yuzu room is nice with own hot springs bath tube in the garden. Don't miss the little coffee shop on the way to the bridge.

首次到這處旅遊，這酒店的硬件很好，處於渡月橋及竹林傍，非常雅致和舒適。但遇上一位大堂男服務員就較為失望，他對我們的問題對答態度比天氣更冷，其答完一個問題便會繼續看回其電腦，沒有多講相關的資料給你參考。是我第一次在這類高級酒店遇到的特差人員！另酒店費用雖已全部支付，也沒使用任何額外服務，但最後還要付一個名義為：房內溫泉稅：300yen。不是錢問題，是較奇怪！我們到過日本很多溫泉酒店，未有這種收費！不會再入住這酒店！會選擇附近其它的！

服務品質非常好,態度親切.飯店設施佳,附有個人湯屋房型的更好(但價格較高).飯店位置鄰近著名景點,徒步即可遊覽嵐山,很便利.
