Overall staff are good and the rooms are sufficient however not making up the rooms on weekends is unacceptable imo. This isn’t mentioned anywhere and is a clear sign they are cutting costs. There is usually only one attendant at the front desk so to speak to someone took some time. The shower water pressure is also very low. Parking is very convenient. The hotel is good without being great.

Great location with a short walk, train, or Uber to wherever you need to go. Suite was well-appointed with all required kitchen items …lower lighted lamps appreciated as many places have poor bright lighting with no dimmer switches. Washer/dryer was great to have (came home with a full suitcase of clean clothes) Rooftop pool was very nice with good sun access. Front desk staff were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Short walk to bars and restaurants

Have stayed here a few times. Great apartments, great location and the staff are fantastic!

Room was fine (small) and the outlook was ordinary. Parking was not easy as no instructions and not obvious how to open roller door etc. Staff could be friendlier; they seemed very flat and not happy to be there.

Room was clean, although the whole floor smelled a bit like smokers had been through (or wet carpet? Could have been related to humid conditions)

A pleasant stay but rooms feel a little dated.

Generally fine for the price. But not at the level a 4 star should be. Upkeep needs to be done, and the bathrooms need to be bleached to get rid of the mould in the grout. Otherwise the room is well equiped. Staff were generally good, but seemed a bit bored.

Hotel is very convenient to the bars and clubs of the Valley Mall. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. Shower was excellent. Pool area with sun lounges on rooftop was a nice place to swim and sunbathe. Parking on site at $30 was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, friendly staff and great spacious room! Rooftop area is great too for sunset, with sweeping views of Brisbane. Close to cafes, great restaurants and James street. Highly recommend staying here - we will be back again soon!
