generator su**s! not that functional. can't do anything in the hotel. as much as we wanted to relax, electricity goes on and off..scary! so cant relax at all. one has to pay extra if you want your beds together..with meranti that's free!!!! designs in the room not relaxing! our stay is rated as 1 out of 10.

Not a smile from any of the three concierges we spoke to the only one who smiled and was really was the guard.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a very comfortable night . The rooms are very clean as well as their bathroom. They also serve delicious meal with a lot of options. The hotel staffs are really accommodating. Overall it's really a superb experience.

The room was so big, I didn't expect it. Super clean and the complimentary toiletries have a nice packaging. Breakfast was so good. I like their salad dressing. The pool is ok. Staff are very accommodating.

It's just fine. It's clean and they are very accommodating. We requested for a transfer and they were able to grant our request. This was due to the neighbor's loud tv (we can hear Sandra Bullock's voice > Bird Box).

I have pleasant stay in Meranti, have a good sleep, their restaurant food is great. Service ok. Check in checkout progress no complaint. Room is big enough, aircon is cool, bed is nice ...

The hotel is nice as well the staff. I wonder why there is an extra charge if you request for an extra towels. We checked in for 2 adults and 2 children. They gave us only 2 towels and charged us for the extra towels for the children.

I should say neutral or satisfactory since they didn't do anything for them to deserve a great rating. They were never rude or unhelpful. But let me go ahead and justify my rating. 1. Check in process took very long. I checked in 10 mins before 2 pm but they let us in the room at 2:40pm. 2. We paid an additional 1,200 php for an extra person. When we reached the room,the additional bed nor toiletries were not yet set up or provided. 3. No welcome drinks were given, considering I reserved 3 rooms. 4. I think they need to fix the roof of the hotel. The hotel looks really posh but I'm afraid that it wouldn't do the hotel any good if their ceiling has leaks. 5. Key cards were getting demagnetized. Imagine going up to your room and finding out your key card isn't working. I've been staying at hotels quite frequently and this is the first time I have encountered this. It happened for the 2 rooms that I booked. They only advised us that it was because the key card were placed near a cellphone. I suggest that since they are aware about this already, they should have informed their guests right away. Thanks!

The service and friendliness of the staff is highly recommended. I think they are the best feature of this hotel. Internet was very slow though. I hope there would be more food choices during breakfast. All in all it was a very pleasant stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends.

The girl in the front desk is not accomodating. 1st, she asked for deposit of 2k, I asked if I can give it after check in bec I am going to withdraw first but she insisted that we cannot check in without the money. So I needed to leave my sick wife at the lobby and went outside to look for atm machine bec she doesn't want to accomodate my request. Second, the next day I was asking for late check out but she insisted that we can not. I even asked what if we will extend for another night, can we stay at the same room coz my wife is still not feeling well but she insisted that we will be transferred to another room. So we just checked out and booked at other hotel. All the employees are ok except for that girl frontdesk, she's the downfall of the hotel.
