The view was excellent but the water heater in the room keeps on tripping and had to be reset every time we took a shower. It was utterly inconvenient.

The staff are very accommodating. The food at the cafe and restaurant are awesome specially the blueberry cheesecake.

The place is very clean and modern. The pool has an amazing view of the bay and its just near Panglao Island. Food was good and has a great selection.

We had a great time at the hotel. The room is big enough for us and very clean.

It would be better if the comfort room had a bidet...

My stay was great.. very relaxing views.. accommodating staffs.. There is free shuttle and free water.. Food is affordable.. My only concerns are: There is no bidet in the cr, no hot shower, no hair dryer, and the cracked tiles in the lower level pool. But overall, it was great.

Stayed with family and booked 4 rooms. 3 rooms were given to us, installment, prior check-in time then 1 room half past 2pm. Family rooms are spacious though the split-type aircon cannot cool the entire room even at night. They have full room occupancy when we stayed but we were able to use both pools as if we rented it privately. Pool view is perfect though please be aware that the hotel is a 20 minute ride from the city. We ordered ala carte for lunch - huge servings so price is worth it. BBQ dinner buffet of PHP400 is also worth it. Food taste is not bad. There is a band at night so for light sleepers, bring earplugs. No lift and I didn't see any provisions for wheelchair so I am not sure if the property is suitable for differently-able guests. Finally, hotel staff are all polite and professional. Will definitely be back.

Staff, location, pool, food, service very good

Situated in the middle of an almost empty highway road. Only saw 1 nearby restaurant and 1 convenience store in across the hotel. The hotel is quite small - almost similar to dormitories in Manila. Plus points is the pool overlooking the sea and a bar where you can get your favorite liquor or cocktail drink and drink it at the poolside. • Room - 3/4 a bit small and cramped but clean and smells really nice. No complimentary water. Food and drinks offered inside the room are too expensive. • Bathroom and CR - 3/4 quite small; door has no lock. No bidet, no door on the shower area. With properly working hot and cold temperature control and shower head. Water pressure is strong. • Restaurant - 3/4 very limited food choices, and menu is quite expensive for simple dishes. Okay food choices for complimentary breakfast. I just hope there’s more drink choices than coffee and juice. • Amenities (Pool) - 4/4 two infinity pools overlooking the sea would definitely relax you.

People are very accommodating and friendly. It was a nice stay.

Me and my GF enjoyed our stay here. We celebrate our 10 years together at bohol and checking in at Ocean suites was of the most memorable experience that we had during our bohol trip, facility was great room with ocean view was awesome we experience sunset and sunrise on our room balcony, staff are all approachable and very accommodating thank you guys for helping us finding a tricycle at 9:30 in the evening because we forgot our stuff at bq mall baggage counter thank you for arranging our airport transfer going back home and lastly thank you for accommodating all our request. We’ll definitely comeback to Bohol and will surely be back at Ocean suites.

Personal Trip/First Christmas Trip away from my family. Place is good very relaxing. My room is big since I'm just solo; food is good - buffet set up. I didn't expect.

The location of the hotel is great! It is very accessible! 5mins away from the tagbilaran city proper and a few block away to the road going to panglao! The room is spacious! The common area like the pool area and the couch area is superb!

The hotel has a very nice view; the facilities, hotel services, and location of the hotel are good and convenient. It's not near the beach but there are 2 swimming pools with a nice view.

Staff was awesome, place was very clean and well kept and their pools have great views of the ocean. great for online contractors like us who needed high speed internet. their fiber did not disappoint also their generator automatically turns on so we never minded the brown out the first night we were there.

The view of the pool and the sea were amazing! The food choices/prices at the restaurant were great, too. We enjoyed swimming in the pool in the afternoons. Our room was spacious too and the beds were comfortable. The staff members were also friendly and helpful. However, our Premiere Room was near the pool and the restaurant, and we could hear all the guests or staff talking/shouting outside the room. The glass doors could be more soundproof so guests can have more peace and quietness in the room. A few of the staff members were also speaking loudly at 6am and we also heard the music being played from the restaurant at 6am.
