I recommend you be a hard sleeper to stay there. Dogs barking all morning and night. People loud in the hallway mornings and night. And it smells just like dogs.

I always stay here when in Dayton on business. This hotel gives me everything i could ask for - its clean, economical, safely located, and has a full sized fridge and large microwave so i can save money not having to go out to eat. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There's no frills or luxury but its always clean and functional for a great price.

Cleanest extended stay I’ve been in. Not one bug in 2 weeks. No problems with service. Can’t say a bad thing except it’s in Dayton.

But my car broke down and I did call the front desk and tried to email was it a no-show it was after midnight I didn't know all that I should get points for the time at now to stay the other night before it snows

Clean rooms, access to shopping and dinner options. Great location to stay for Wright State graduation.

Upon arrival asked the clerk where the ice machine was located. Found no ice on the property. Also no drinking cups available in the room. Along with that the remote control for the TV had no batteries, This was the first 20 mins of our 2 day stay. Other residents had the TV so loud you could not sleep. Also for a non smoking property this property had smoked filled rooms and smokers in the parking lot. Just not able to ever stay at this property again.

Becky was very helpful and Polite and professional. Called a night before arriving to my stay, she verified everything was set.

First time staying at an Extended Stay. Pleasantly surprised and will stay at this location in the future. Very nice value when visiting the area.

I was dismayed that cooking utensils, pots and pans were not provided as a part of the cost.
