Sampai di hotel malam hari, namun check in cepat dan pelayanan ramah. Pelayanan kamar seperti memesan makan dan pembersihan kamar cepat. Makanan memang agak mahal tapi sangat enak, menu bfast bervariasi setiap harinya, rasa dari cake-nya fresh, lezat dan beragam. Suasana hotel ramah bagi anak, hanya di hotel saja sudah nyaman banget. The location is very strategic as it is located in the heart of the city. It is very near with the entry & exit roads of Khao Yai. The area is very huge & surrounded with many beautiful ornaments.

Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình. Khách sạn view siêu đẹp. Đứng đâu cũng có ảnh xinh. Ở 1 ngày thực sự không thể đủ. Chưa từng thấy view khách sạn nào xinh như vậy. Y như nước Ý thu nhỏ

The room was great. Very clean, free all amenities except wine, haha. The view of the hotel was also superb. Breakfast, the taste a little bit bland, but the variety is good. Also have some herbs drinks that is very good. Staff also very friendly and welcome.

Nhân viên cực kì thân thiện, ân cần, chu đáo và check in nhanh gọn. Phòng ốc mới và đẹp. Decor nhìn rất sang trọng. Ăn sáng ngon. Đặc biệt view bờ hồ cực đẹp, đi lại thuận tiện. Rất thích. Chắc chắn sẽ ghé lại khi có dịp đến Khao Yai.
