Needs maintenance. Unsafe conditions with live power cables coming out of walls into sides of power points with cable slack just hanging. Very old Sliding doors on bathroom. Had to have hubby open and close it as it was so hard. Old, unmaintained and overpriced. TV channels severely restricted and outside volume controls in place so not even worth turning on. No way would stay here again.
