住了三天兩夜。申請下午1點半提早入住，但直到下午2點半才拿到房間。 去遊戲室打撞球，但球的數量不夠，而且斯諾克球桌似乎需要維修（球會直接掉到地上，或卡在管道裡）。 飯店所有餐廳都不提供酒水。 房間寬敞、乾淨，自然採光很好。但是晚上因為燈光昏暗，感覺有點暗。 早餐很棒，有很多選擇，包括馬來菜、中餐和西餐。餐廳很快就會變得很擁擠（我入住期間大約有4場公司聚餐）。因此，早上7點去吃早餐會比較安全。 健身房很棒，有很多健身器材——需要注意的是，酒店也向公眾提供健身房會員資格。客人可以額外支付30馬幣參加尊巴課程。 游泳池晚上8點關閉。從早上到晚上7點左右，泳池裡擠滿了孩子和家庭。請注意，飯店的大部分客人都是穆斯林，因此大多穿著遮蓋全身的泳衣。 步行即可到達 Bertam 水上樂園，成人票價為 45 馬幣。房間面向水上樂園，有點吵，水上樂園下午 5 點關閉。另外，水上樂園大多是小孩和家庭，他們大多穿著遮蓋全身的泳衣。 嘗試了熱氣球，費用為 100 馬幣。飛行時間約 7 分鐘，景色一般，沒什麼特別之處。 整體來說住宿體驗不錯，但位置離喬治城有點遠（大約 1 小時車程）。外帶訂單需要在保全室取餐（從大廳步行約 2 分鐘，陽光很曬），因為外送員不允許進入大廳。

Went to the in-house restaurant and asked if they could send the food to my mom’s room since it’s just a few steps away they said no, which was fine. I waited quite a while for my meal, didn’t want it to get cold. When I brought it to my mom’s room, the cucur udang came in one big piece with no cutlery. I went back and asked how we were supposed to eat it without any utensils. But another staff stood in and helped, apologised then sent cutlery to my mom’s room. Kudos to that staff! But the cucur udang was way too oily compared to the one at the KL branch. Really disappointing. The whole place looked so dull definitely not because of the weather, but because they didn’t switch on all the lights for some reason. The hotel is new, but the service was inconsistent and inconvenient. I had to go to the front desk a few times because my room card kept not working. Mind you I didnt even place the card near to my phone. But yeah. My room was on level 2 and quite far from the lift, so going to the counter for help was really troublesome. Overall, it was a bad experience for me.

Sebenarnya, ini kali kedua saya repeat menginap di Bertam Resort .. dan kali ni saya bersama sama smua anak2 saya menginap di hotel ini... kali ni saya kecewa dgn keselesaan bilik... yg menakutkan malam pertama tiba2 kepala katil bilik kami sperti ada org ketuk sgt2 kuat...ingat ada mistik .. scary jugak... malam kedua pun sama pukul 10lebih ada bunyi org mcm main pingpong dekat kepala katil bila tny receptionist rupa2 nyer kami xboley cakap kuat2 mahupun ketawa.. kami ckp mcm bisik2 mcm dlm library pun ada sbb next door tu nak deep sleep... seriously... kami ni holiday kenapa mcm tu... sgt2 stress keadaan ni...anak2 kecewa...dan diikuti pukul 5 pagi ada bunyi snooze xhenti2 dan tiba2 bunyi org mengigau sgt kuat dekat bilik sblh...pukul 7am bunyi alarm bilik kami... tp next door again ketuk2 kepala katil kuat... mcm dia ada dlm bilik kami... sgt2 annoying dah pukul 7am kot... xkan xboley nk bunyi alarm bukan pukul 3am ... rasenyer kalo duduk bilik sendiri di rumah lagi selesa... ni dah mcm kena stalk...

'Check-in' tidak berapa lancar. Staf perempuan F muka 'ketat' dan salah bagi bilik. Terima kasih kepada staf-staf lain yang membantu dalam perpindahan bilik. 2 kali berurusan dengan staf sama still muka ketat juga, cara berkomunikasi kurang profesional/kurang baik. Mohon pihak HR hantar staf F ke kursus komunikasi. Breakfast banyak pilihan dan sedap. Tempat cantik.Bilik bersih. Enjoyable stay.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel itself was beautiful. I’m really happy with my stay and would definitely come back!

I was quite disappointed with the Wi-Fi connectivity. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a stable and fast internet connection, especially since I needed to work during my stay. Unfortunately, the signal was often weak and unreliable, which made basic tasks like uploading a file quite frustrating. I hope the management takes this into serious consideration, as reliable internet is now a basic necessity for both leisure and business travelers.

Antara hotel yang terbaik di Penang. Staff-staff sangat friendly. Bilik bersih. Ini bilik type deluxe room tidak ada balkoni. Breakfast dia pun banyak choice dan sedap-sedap dan paling suka sekali lobby dia yang sentiasa wangi. Cuma changing room di pool saja tersumbat. Banjir bila nak salin baju yang lain tip top 👍🏼

Everything are perfect the moment u enter Bertam resort from guard, receptionist,all staff, enviroment, ambience, room (auto curtain open and close WoW!!!) breakfast, especially pool big and Unique.
