We absolutely loved the hotel and the entire staff, especially May in reception and Ricardo in the restaurant, were both so so nice and receptive!! Hotel is so quaint and cute and is true Mexico, which is what we love!! Thanks so much Mar Celeste!!

Everything was great, the only thing that I would try to change is thinning out the birds.

Thought th hotel was a big resort. Turned out to be a 6 unit hotel on the beach. Beach is awesome. Very quiet rooms overlooking the Bay. Have to travel 5 miles to town.

This little gem is fantastic!!! All I can say is I’d love to go back and stay here again. Attentive staff, perfect location, beautiful grounds and access to beach, just perfect!

Not much around this location in food options.

We loved our stay. Only 2 negatives..street noise from the Main Street is loud. Additionally the hotel has a policy of no outside food and drink in the rooms that I think Hotels. Com should mention that in the booking notes

This has been a highlight of my life. I am 65 yrs old and never felt so pampered in. A quaint tiny comfy atmosphere. If you want a spokesperson for your hotel I volunteer. My only conplaint is that there are not enough rooms. It is hard to find a time to book. Great job everyone. Touches like having rope twined around the towels!!!

Tienen una política muy mala que no dejan ingresar ningún tipo de alimento a la habitación para que tengas que consumir en el restaurante. Es la primera vez que me pasa eso en algún hotel y no tienen porque prohibir que tengas algún snack o bebidas por ejemplo . Pedimos en el restaurante unos nachos y nos llevaron boronas de los totopos y si estás en la alberca no te atienden los meseros y no te permiten comer al lado de la alberca . Vas a disfrutar tus vacaciones y no pueden restringirte este tipo de cosas

El hotel es pequeño , bonito, muy tranquilo, la alberca limpia, la habitación muy comoda, limpieza adecuada, playa limpia, lo único que no me gusto fue la comida, muy insipida, sin sabor.El hotel se encuentra lejos del centro de manzanillo pero hay transporte de aplicación.

Buena atencion por parte del personal. Los alimentos muy ricos.Por mejorar el mantenimiento de la cortina anticiclon, ya que no funcionaba y por la noche se fue por completo el servicio de agua en la habitación, tuve que bajar a recepción a reportarlo y el guardia estaba dormido y no sabia como solucionar el problema del agua.bajadorrecepcreportarlo

El hotel es muy limpio, el personal es muy amable. De cortesia tienes un frigobar con bebidas. Acceso directo a playa y alberca privada.

The property was under remodeling the floors creating noise at all times damaging my rental car windshield.
