The hotel is clean basic shelter and the bed was okay. The parking was quite limited. When we pulled up in a nearby parking lot a police car pulled and told us that we have to make sure to take everything out of the car or it will definitely be stolen. It’s right next to the tram station, which was not loud but apparently an unsafe area. The soap and towels were minimal. Breakfast was day old croissants and horrible coffee.

Air climatisé brissée qui ne fonctionne pas, seul chambre dispo est avec un mini lit, air climatisé qui fonctionne mais à moitié, déjeuner assez medioque. Le gars a la réception semble peu debroullard

Nice hotel, easy parking and brilliant room. The staff were exceptional when I had made a mistake with the date on my booking and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Would recommend

Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude donc nous n’avons pas pu nous doucher. Si j’avais su j’aurais demandé un petit geste comme la prise en charge de mon petit déjeuner

Pas d'eau chaude le matin donc pas de douche ! Inadmissible pour un hôtel ! Je m'en plains a l'accueil, ça n'affole personne et d'autres chambres dans le même cas Sinon ensemble correct, confortable et bien situé

The staff was great and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The location wasn’t excellent, but there really isn’t anything they could do about that.

Mauvais état de certains coins dans la salle de bain. Toilettes semblent à peine nettoyé

Comme à mon habitude l’hôtel que je choisi pour chaque passage à Grenoble. Le personnel et les chambres sont au top surtout pour le prix.. Merci encore !
