周边没有什么可以购物用餐的地方，到其他一切非常好

It's a nice staying experience, almost. The attitude of front desk is good, and they are willing to help to provide some basic services such as calling taxi, receiving packages and so on. However, the hose keeping was not good since they did not make my room everyday (1/6), and they did not refill the shampoo everyday either. The most worst is they double charged to my credit card even after checking that I've already paid to hotel dot com. Although they promised me to refund however I still have to suffer for currency and transaction fee. I barely don't believe this is a Hillton series hotel for making this mistake. If it possible I might suggest all visitors to be aware of providing your credit card to this hotel to avoid any double-charged.

We visited Krakow and this hotel was upscale and very modern, affordable and spot on We enjoyed the restaurant and business office onsite

Brilliant hotel! Room was spacious and clean, lovely swimming pool, jaccuzi, gym. A bit of a walk to public transport, but no problem booking an uber.

Hotel is new and clean . Beautiful swimming pool and spa but the only problem was with guests who were swimming in their clothing ( pants, tee shirts etc). We are acostomed to take shower before entering a swimming pool. So the pool staff suppose to keep an eye on the rules.

Lækkert hotel. Restaurant med god mad. Fin wellness afdeling. Dejlig roomservice. Dog ligger det noget afsidigt.

Wir waren zu viert plus Hund dort, das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war sehr sauber und schön, wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit einer Verbindungs Tür, das war optimal, wir konnten zusammen sein oder die Tür zu machen, es gab zwei Bäder, alles super und sauber. Wir hatten auch das Buffet Frühstück, alles sehr frisch, lecker und abwechslungsreich, auch das Schwimmbad war zwar eher klein aber sehr schön und sauber, wir waren vollkommen begeistert und zufrieden und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Vi hadde et nydelig opphold. De ansatte var hyggelige og behjelpelige når vi trengte det. Rommene var deilig avkjølt, noe vi trengte da det var godt og varmt utendørs. Ingenting å klage på!

Trevligt hotell med bra restaurang. Eftersom hotellet låg en bit från centrum så åt vi på hotellet flera gånger. Obekväma sängar annars helt ok.

Allt var väldigt bra, frukost, service, utbud. Trevlig personal. Enda minus var att man var tvungen att ta Uber till stan för det var långt att gå. Annars lugnt och bra område

Front desk / reception staff requires customer service training focusing on being polite with guests irrespective of their race/culture/background and treat everyone equally .

Really great staff minus the life guard. Our kids jumped in the pool over and over and had fun. He yelled at them after a while and pointed at the sign that stated no diving. When I asked him what the issue with jumping in was, he stated they could not jump in because its dangerous and they could hit their head while pointing at the "No Diving" sign. (No diving was being done). He said I was being rude with him for asking him what the issue was. Food was good, movie theater was great for the kids and rooms were very nice.

The stay was excellent. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Stuff is excellent, very helpful. Very close to city center as well by tram.

My daughter and I had a great stay at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accumulating. Hotel was moderne, breakfast was varied

The property is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the concert arena. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and quality bedding. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast selection was great. I really enjoyed my stay and was especially glad I didn’t have to deal with the crowds trying to catch a ride after the concert.
