Area around bathtub drain was absolutely black.

The area is perfect for walking to Pike Market and other areas of interest. The parking is included with the hotel and works perfectly. The museums, Space Needle and Woodland Zoo are a short driving distance. Perfect location, loved it.

Breakfast service was great, the waiter we had, Jay, couldn’t have been more helpful. Besides a great breakfast he helped giving a map and directions. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. There was water, coffee and tea available Easily walked to Space Needle and Chiluly garden and back from Pike Place Really enjoyable stay

We had a great stay ! Front desk and restaurant staff were awesome! One night before a cruise. Lobby and restaurant areas great but rooms could use a little facelift but nothing outrageous, would stay again !

Loved how close it was to everything, we could walk or take the bike/gliders. Pool, jacuzzi, restaurant, bar being there was amazing after a long day of walking. Very clean and friendly!

El aire acondicionado hace muchísimo ruido

Beautiful facility and pool/spa. Well kept. We had a very noisy AC unit and they didn't really fix it. Just said it might be water stuck in there from the condensation. But it was really noisy.
