Love the room. So spacious and very comfortable. Staff during check-in was very polite and helpful.

The old lady in front of the desk was rude that let our experience and impressions felt bad. No gym room and swimming pool because they had the covid as the reason! How come all the Hotels can provide such facilities in the same time? They treated you as the covid suspicious and will let you self test with the kit they had provided, and just wait outside more than 15 mins to confirm the final results. Overall, the feelings staying there is less satisfying.

Very good hotel and comfortable

They have half-a***d front desk ppl. To be fair, some cared, a couple of bad eggs. But quite a few of them lacked training and didn't now how to help. Info given were wrong a few times. Car park fee still required despite is living there. At 5bucks a pop. Breakfast was decent. Room clean. I guess what I an trying to say the quality experienced didn't match the stars awarded to the establishment. Felt like a 3 star deal.

Nice and clean hotel. Love the pool. Staff are helpful and friendly. Price is ok. Rooms are clean, spacious and well decorated. Loved the shower. The location is a bit far from town (about 10min drive to gaya street), so if u are are looking for a place near town this is not for you. Its a great place to stay away from hustle. We were lucky that when we checked in on saturday night there was a night market. No free parking.

i made room booking including breakfast but during check in, the receptionist inform that my booking is without breakfast. i then showed to him my booking confirmation and he noted and put remarks on my check in slip.Overall is ok,new hotel but toilet bowl was not properly clean.you also need to pay for parking rm3 per entry.

Nice facility.. Just we'll not allowed for breakfast at first because their system can't captured the booking was including breakfast.

Hotel is good, location is far away from the city. It is ok, if you rented a car. TV channel limited choice.

Very good service and front office staff very helpful. housekeeping staff is excellent. coffeehouse breakfast was good too.suggest to have more goods selling at lobby shop. overall i enjoy my stay at this hotel.

Bilik cantik dan bersih, begitu juga persekitaran. Cuma tempat letak kereta berbayar. Sarapan pagi sederhana, mungkin boleh diperbaiki lagi, saya suka menginap di sini.
