It’s worth it for what you paid.

Location

Failed to make beds, take out garbage or change out towels after our first night there. Which usually you have to ask them NOT to do. Had to ask 3 times (once at 1000am, once at 200pm, and finally at 4pm) just to have clean towels in our room. Tub was missing a stopper and had to ask for one. Said they were short-handed. If you’re that short-handed, maybe don’t keep taking more reservations??

Very comfortable. Husband was in Duluth for surgery and the facility was so convenient to everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out. The breakfast was a delicious surprise! Will stay here again when in the area. A really good value!

Breakfast was amazing!

We were really quite happy with the hotel. We needed a place where we could relax and enjoy the couch and the table. The breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately, one day when we were leaving, the housekeeper, left large towels, but no washcloth no hand towels. I caught him in the hall and said could you also empty the garbage and make the bed. He seemed very visually annoyed at me. When we came back, the garbage was still in the middle of the floor in the room and the sheet had literally just been pulled up. Still no washcloth still no hand cloths I don’t get to stay in a hotel all that often and I like it when I come back to my room and it’s clean and fresh and it looks like I spent over $160 a night.

Believe it or not, hanging out by the fire pit out back was amazing! The staff was super friendly, we learned most of their names! The bed was comfy and the lobby was an amazing place to meet with the rest of my family! Your coffee bar was fully stocked, something for everyone! We are very pleased with our visit and can't wait to come back!

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great! They allowed our dog which is why we chose this hotel.

There was food left in the fridge from the previous guests.

We’ve stayed here numerous times over the years and this trip just wasn’t as clean or as comfy as others. The breakfast was out of pretty much everything and the pancake machine wasn’t working as well as the coffee machine.

Bed was perfect

We've stayed here several times and have had no problems but this time was different, they have directv and it kept freezing up and had to search for signal, at check out we were told that they were having internet problems. Then also, housekeeping came pounding on our door at 9:30 when we were still in bed and our Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. Not good.

The only issue was the fire alarm went off causing evaluation twice. Two of the three mornings. It interrupted my todlers naps both times and sleep was already a struggle for them. Both times was apparently the kitchen having a small amount of smoke from burning something but the fire department has to go through protocol no matter the size of smoke. The pool was also very cold. Unbearable to swim in and that was disappointing. Other than that stay was good.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast had good options. The location was convenient.

Really appreciated the filtered water near the work out area where we could refill our water bottles wish the hotel would consider using reusable dishes at the breakfast to reduce plastic waste pool was small
