convenient location and room is very nice. The only problem was the breakfast arrangement that I booked for. I needed to go back to front desk to reconfirm on second day.

Phone with built in speaker would randomly stop working, had to turn the temperature down to 60 degrees to feel anything, vent in bathroom didn’t work, water overflowed from shower, and $80 for parking is insane, especially when you have to take your own luggage up to the room

Be aware this place is next to an all night rave club. They have ear plugs in every room ! From 11pm until 2am - no sleep is possible !!!

Excellent location, walkable to Petco Park and Midway exhibition. Plenty of food and entertainment in the gas lamp district. No issues with Vallet parking .

All employees were more than helpful. We showed up early and where able to leave our bags and car while we explored the city, rooms where very clean, valet took great care of our car, definitely coming back
