The reception was not satisfy when I ask the access-code for internet. He mention that I booked the discount price so it is not included in booking. The booking details shown me the price include free-internet and show him then the reception gave me the access-code in finally. He said "I do not want trouble with customer so I give you the code to finish issue" I would like to confirm my booking with app that my booking include free internet , If the hotel need to change any condition, Change the details before open sales to internet because the unclear condition make customer confuse when checked-in.
