This is our 4th stay at Apart hotel Flora. Each time we’ve stayed a little longer. Each time has also been better. This year again they had a lady doing entertainment. Although it was subtle it was nice to have a friendly face around everyday asking if people want to join in activities etc. I liked the music by the pool this year. Also the shallow area in the big pool is great having two children of different ages so one can play in the deeper end whilst one’s in the shallow area. The rooms were kept clean by the lovely maids. The whole place was very kid friendly. The park is pretty run down but there’s so much to do there you don’t need the park. The kids were in the pool the whole time instead of we’d play on the beach. The beach is a 5 minute walk down the road (flat and perfect for prams and people with poor mobility like me). Also the new agromart opened next door was perfect to pop to to pick up breakfast / lunch / snacks. It had lovely healthy fresh foods. Overall loved our stay. One of our best holidays we’ve had with the kids!

Great hotel very clean , friendly staff , in a great location. Only downside was quite crowded round the pool and hard to get a sunbed and parasol as people put their towels on the early and kept them there all day !

Flora was a great base for our holiday, close to the beach, the bus station and lots of cafes/ restaurants. The staff were all very friendly, Hope in the cleaning team especially. The pool was fantastic for my daughter, with adequate seating/ loungers for early in the season. The room was good but basic, had what we needed in the kitchenette. Basic cleaning supplies were provided. It was a bit tired overall and could do with decoration/ some resealing in the shower. Evening entertainment started at half 9. We did not eat at flora but the pool bar was great. Overall a great place to stay for a young family. Thanks!

Fint hotel/lejligheds kompleks, hvor vi benyttede det som hotel værelse, men for børnefamilier er det fint med pool område og legemuligheder. Kort afstand til fin strand.

Lovely stay, just what we wanted for an early season weekend break. Fabulous location, quiet, clean rooms. No issues at all.

Very good apartment hotel. The apartment is equipped with all the things you need for eating at home.

Svært hyggelige leiligheter. Enkle, men det nødvendige var tilstede. Koselig atmosfære og svært vennlig og tilstedeværende personale. Eneste å bemerke var svært harde madrasser. Bortsett fra det, en svært god opplevelse. Deilig avslappende ferie!!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und der Blick auf den Pool war super. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Anlage liegt zentrumsnah. Ich werde wiederkommen.

The Flora Aparthotel was in an ideal location in Puerto Polenca, whilst not on the beach it was only a 2 minute walk to the beach and harbour. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to extend our stay by a further 4 nights. We were booked on bed and breakfast terms and the buffet breakfast buffet offered a wide range of good quality dishes and exceptional value for money. The hotel were apparently having problems in the kitchens and the restaurant was normally closed in the evenings, however, there was a large group staying for part of our stay and they were on half board terms so there was an evening buffet available which we enjoyed on 2 nights; again this offered excellent food and excellent value for money. The overall facilities in the hotel were very good. In summary, the hotel was excellent with very friendly and helpful staff and exceptional value for money in every respect. I am certainly looking at booking again for next year.

The room was otherwise ok, but there was a strong smell of mold in the bedroom and very uncomfortable hard beds, the location was very good, the sea is very close. There are a lot of free parking spaces near the hotel.
