Very good apartment hotel. The apartment is equipped with all the things you need for eating at home.

Svært hyggelige leiligheter. Enkle, men det nødvendige var tilstede. Koselig atmosfære og svært vennlig og tilstedeværende personale. Eneste å bemerke var svært harde madrasser. Bortsett fra det, en svært god opplevelse. Deilig avslappende ferie!!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und der Blick auf den Pool war super. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Anlage liegt zentrumsnah. Ich werde wiederkommen.

The Flora Aparthotel was in an ideal location in Puerto Polenca, whilst not on the beach it was only a 2 minute walk to the beach and harbour. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to extend our stay by a further 4 nights. We were booked on bed and breakfast terms and the buffet breakfast buffet offered a wide range of good quality dishes and exceptional value for money. The hotel were apparently having problems in the kitchens and the restaurant was normally closed in the evenings, however, there was a large group staying for part of our stay and they were on half board terms so there was an evening buffet available which we enjoyed on 2 nights; again this offered excellent food and excellent value for money. The overall facilities in the hotel were very good. In summary, the hotel was excellent with very friendly and helpful staff and exceptional value for money in every respect. I am certainly looking at booking again for next year.

The room was otherwise ok, but there was a strong smell of mold in the bedroom and very uncomfortable hard beds, the location was very good, the sea is very close. There are a lot of free parking spaces near the hotel.

Lovely hotel and great friendly staff.

This is our third stay and each year gets better. This year included more kids entertainment, use of hotel toys/floats, lovely man who is the kids club entertainer. The beds were also a lot comfier this year than the year before. We love how close it is to the beach and shops. Already booked for 2025! Can’t wait to come for our fourth family holiday.

Schöne Anlage, sehr freundliches Personal, schnell am Strand und an der Promenade. Wir kommen wieder.

Hôtel vraiment très bien placé à proximité de Formentor superbe! Seul bémol Hotel un peu bruyant et piscine trop petite.

The friendless of the staff and the perfect location. The beach is a couple of minutes walk and the town is perfect.

Central and good value for money

Bra familjehotell. Hårda sängar. Läget är superbra. Nära strand och restauranger. Port de pollenca är en mycket mysig ort.

hotel in great location. staff very friendly and helpful. rooms not very big and not very comfortable. kitchen very basic . bathroom ok but needs some tlc. great shower tho. no iron in apartment. nice pool area but despite the hotel requesting no putting towels on sunbeds if not using - the requests were ignored- very annoying when wanting to sit round the pool and none available because of peoples selfishness. generally the hotel flora is a reasonable place to stay but it could definitely so with some updating. a few things - tv not working, powercut and apartment flooding we could have done without but the staff at the hotel dealt with these issues very efficiently so no complaint there.

Great staff regularly cleaned very helpful.
