La habitación estaba muy bien, aunque nos la dieron de minusválidos y había una silla en la ducha y era incómodo ducharse.

Este hotel está muy limpio y resulta muy, agradable y acogedor. Está muy bien situado. En el centro de la ciudad y muy cerca de todos los sitios importantes. La atención por parte del personal es impecable. El único pero que le ponemos es que ha sido sustituida la cafetería, donde se podía desayunar por un precio muy razonable por un espacio de buffet que resulta muchísimo más caro.

We stayed for 7 nights for the World Jigsaw Puzzle Championship. We loved how much room we had in our hotel room and really appreciated the mini fridge so we could keep some food in the room. The hotel is right next door to the cathedral which provided beautiful views from our window and it was beautiful to be able to hear the bells. All staff were so friendly and helpful. We opted to have breakfast included every day of our stay and the hours were great. The selection of food was the same everyday, but there was always something for everyone to find to eat. Hotel is a 15min walk to the Milenia Dome, 5 min walk to Plaza Mayor and in a great location to access everything you needed. Will 100% stay here again if we are lucky enough to travel to Valladolid again.

El hotel es muy bonito y está en el centro de Valladolid. Nos encontramos con que eran fiestas en la ciudad, pero nos avisaron con antelación y en el hotel intentaron evitar las molestias de ruido.

Geweldig hotel kamer ruim (115) slechte wifi, geen nespresso op de kamer maar wel in de lobby. Goed ontbijt, vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel, ligging midden in het centrum. Fijn verblijf.
