The hotel is just fine, only located in the very small alley. The bellboy are so helpful and friendly..but I do not like the attitude of the receptionist. The only receptionist who is friendly is arda (i do not know how to spell his name). Arda was working on november 27th morning, but there was 1 receptionist who worked on that day also, upon my checked out on tuesday morning (november 27th at 09.00 am), he was rude! The hotel manager did not even smile to the guest nor greet us. She just ignored us while we were waiting for the taxi, nice room but I do not like the attitude of the staffs. I would prefer maroon hotel pera way better in terms of service!
