The exterior is very run down. Luckily the inside of the room was clean although somewhat run down.

The kitchen was not properly stocked. The bed, and towels were very clean. The decor and bedspread very outdated and could use an upgrade. There was garbage on the property that could have been picked up. The whole property site could use a good cleaning. Parking was good.

The stove top is powerful and we can do our cooking as fast as we want.

I stayed here for a quick overnight after a flight. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the room was clean and new and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were lovely.

Room was ok for an overnight stay and we would stay again. Price was very reasonable to overlook some things. I would recommend to wipe down baseboards on occasion as it will improve the cleaning rating. Shower, sink and toilet were all clean & in good condition. Bed was comfortable and bedding in good condition. Vinyl plank should be mopped after every traveller's stay if not done already. I have been in a few where you don't want to take your shoes off. Being in a dog room, it looked like someone had locked a large dog in the bathroom and a lot of scratching damage was done. Repairs on the drywall should be professionally done - not critical to the stay but all these things help with the overall impression. Staff is very good & helpful.

Sure was glad we had a reservation, as when we arrived, there was a "Sorry, sold out" sign on the door. We had just finished a marathon 13 hour drive from Vancouver Island. It's an older place, but well maintained. Nice big freezer in the fridge. A pretty large coffee pot for morning. Look for the little sign/diagram how to use the shower. It's beside the mirror in the bathroom. I've never seen a "turn on the shower" device like the one in our room and I was quite frustrated trying to use the shower... until I saw the sign! A bit noisy from the traffic, but the beds were clean and comfortable.

The property was as described. The parking lot was fine, the room was clean, the fridge and tv worked, the bed was comfortable. We picked this hotel because of the price and it was exactly what we expected. No complaints. It was on the outskirts of the city but all the stores and restaurants were right down the road.

Found several unclean things in the kitchen

The property is very accessible and a perfect location for people who just need a bed for the night then leave the following morning. It’s along the highway , so it’s very convenient for transient motorists. It’s a little rundown and needs renovations though. But for the price you’re paying, I think it’s just right.

What I didn’t like is the toilet paper is behind you when your on the pot, takes a toll on these old bodies twisting and turning.

The place, needs to be fixed up, and cleaned up too. Example, fridge left on deck ?? Stairs, needs to be fixed as old carpet and broken runner. Toilet needs to be tightened to floor. As it moves when using. Mornings are very noisy! No respect for people sleeping. Desk person, seems to not want to communicate to motels guest s. Need to ring doorbell any time you need to go to office. Desk person is friendly, when needed.

Check in was great, staff were great, the hotel itself was fine, bed was comfortable. I asked for a ground floor room, which was a bad idea. I'm sure it was just normal walking above but you could hear every step from the room above so I didnt get much sleep. Nobody's fault. If youre going to choose this motel, I recommend asking for a room upstairs, unless youre a heavy sleeper.
