We went in Dagupan for an ocular and we needed a 4-5 star hotel because we have a Foreign Investor coming in. We searched and search and we failed. This is the most decent one we can find. We booked in superior room and we we're surprised by the quality of the mattress, similar to a 3.5 stars to a 4 stars hotel. The giant LED tv is packed with channels and there are drinks available (with charge) plus we had a FREE breakfast even though it is written that no breakfast included. that saves us at least P400. This hotel will not put you in shame. Try the Daing na Bangus for breakfast of course.

Everything was ok. Staffs were friendly. Food was ok.
