性價比高，溫泉池頗大，帶有硫磺味嘅泉水浸後很舒服，令人感覺輕鬆，自助餐種類豐富，唯刺身較少！有鰻魚串燒！

我們住日式房型，乾淨無異味，溫泉值得一泡，溫泉區外還有提供免費冰棒非常美味，晚餐和早餐都是自助，餐點非常新鮮美味，交通也非常方便從鹿兒島機場乘9號公車到丸尾溫泉2站下車就是飯店外，服務人員也非常親切

三個字形容，平靚正。 自助晚餐及自助早餐款式多及美味。 溫泉十分推薦，比想像更好。提供很多設備供享用，如岩盤浴，火山泥等，這是很多溫泉酒店都沒有提供的。

酒店位於溫泉街，附近有便利店。房間尚算整潔，温泉環境不錯。另外自助早餐和晚餐款式很多，味道很好。

超過我的期待，非常好，房間也整修過，非常新。我訂的是和洋式B, 完全沒有老舊氛圍，十分推薦。 唯一是長腳蟹新鮮但感覺是冷凍解凍的，沒有很鮮美。但這是山區飯店，就不強求了。 泡湯區一級棒！

溫泉好靚好舒服

The buffet is the grand hotel quality and that surprising me for an onsen hotel. The onsen bath is my most expecting in this hotel, but so disappointing that half of bath area (outdoor pool) is closed due to construction work. And it is so late to inform me the maintenance of outdoor onsen, making me impossible to have enough time to change to other hotel.

職員態度很有善，有禮貌。房間乾淨，空間大。早餐晚餐的食物不錯，尤其飯團很美味。性價比高，溫泉很舒服。

The hotel is relatively old and the cleanliness is average, but the hot spring is large enough.

The private onsen bath is full of mould, feel uncomfortable to get inside.

The buffet dinner and breakfast were very good. The carpark was quite full and you may need to park very far away from hotel main entrance. They are still using traditional cylinder lock with key which made people feeling not safe.

酒店位置和工作人員都很好，但是時候要翻新了。而且自助餐很一般。

大飯店，風呂一流，非常值得推介入住！價錢合理，傳統兩人房大約$1500港幣一間連一泊兩食，晚餐食shabushabu豬在酒店內餐廳享用，他們只提供白開水鍋底沒有其他湯底，我本人覺得味道一般無乜驚喜。早餐美味多選擇。有免費停車場提供。

溫泉很好,很大,但交通較不便,一小時才有一巴士,可以慢活也不錯

酒店餐廳細，只可在限定時間上才可食晚餐，服務員忘記了上部菜，我們食完看看別人的枱才知漏了三個菜沒有上。

晚餐質素一般，猪肉火煱的豬肉片太肥.，跟酒店反影後，亦不能換幾片，失望! 另酒店整体殘舊，唯温泉較大，属舊式温泉
