Very convenient location, flexible and very helpful staff. The room booked suited our family of five and this particular room was just beside the pool. Suitable for children's leisure when at the resident.

Staff penginapan melayan dengan baik, bilik peginapan boleh la biasa-biasa sahaja tidak ade ape yang menarik sesuai untuk yang datang bersama keluarga. Sofa agak teruk dah lunyai. Bilik ada bau kepam.

Lampu di kawasan parking kereta tidak mencukupi, sesetengah kawasan dalam keadaan bergelap, kolam mandi tidak boleh diguna pakai pada waktu malam, tong sampah dalam bilik tidak mencukupi, hanya disediakan di bilik air, hall? tempat tidur? agak jauh dari pantai chenang, lebih kurang dalam 30 minit untuk sampai.

1.kolam renang mempunyai waktu tertentu untuk kita mandi.. waktu malam tidak dibenarkan untuk mandi kerana kolam sudah dicuci.. alasan yang tidak dapat diterima akal.. 2.tong sampah kecil hanya disediakan di bilik air sahaja.. Sepatutnya boleh ditambah bagi ruangan tidur dan ruangan rehat. 3.kawasan parking bawah tanah separuh bergelap.. tiada bekalan cahaya yang secukupnya bagi menambahkan suasana percutian..

Overall, the help desk staff very friendly, yet the room need more maintenance because seem a bit run down.

Memuaskan dan selesa, kami ambil yang apartment sesuai untuk yang bawa keluarga.

The reception is not helpful, I've requested towel but only one towel is provided for 3 night stay. Even the towel I have to walk and collect from the reception which make me so disappointed. I've requested for room service on the next day but no one has came and clean my room. As per the receptionist only on the 3rd day they will clean the room. In between the 3 days you have to clean on your own. Very disappointed. My personal advise for those traveler to not book this resort as the service is very bad, and its about 10 km away from cenang which is quite far to get into chenang beach. I hope you will have a great time in the resort near chenang beach, please don't book this resort. Thanks.
