Always satisfied with my stay with villa caceres. Very nice rooms and comfy beds. Happy with the selection of food for Breakfast buffet.

Value for money. Family had a pleasant stay and my son particularly loved the pool. I’d like to ask the management to give attention to some simple matters though: A hatstand or a coat rack on the wall for pants/jackets and the availability of a hair dryer in the bathroom would be appreciated.

Room 315 was pretty nice but it is located beside a water tank and personnel room, so imagine the noise coming from outside the window and hall. We also booked room 314 and it is really small compared to 315 of the same price. Breakfast and pool was great. Great restaurants near the hotel too.

I enjoyed my two night stay at the Villa Caceres. It's proximity to sites and establishments I visited is well appreciated. The staff are very welcoming and attentive to my needs especially in accessing the health club, answering my inquiries on how to get around the city and my request for early check in. The hotel is clean and the ambience is well noted. Just that there still needs some improvements especially on the reception of the cable channels. Nontheless, I pretty much enjoyed my stay and will surely consider returning at the hotel for my future visits.

Pleasantly surprised! The room was clean, pretty, and spacious. The breakfast buffet had fantastic choices. It is value for money

They are counting kids as guests, even a 1 1/2 y.o. is already counted as one. Breakfast is only until 9:30am. Old and smelly bathroom. AC is already malfunctioning. Definitely not coming back.

The room is exactly what have shown in the pictures. Buffet breakfast is excellent.

Overall the experience was great. I just had a not so good encounter when they did not accept charge to room option and I was not advised that it was not allowed when I checked in.

The hotel has clean rooms and better amenities. Adding the discounts, the accommodation was a great buy.

Nice hotel with very accommodating staff. Though it's just a short vacation but we definitely enjoyed our stay here.

No AC, TV speaker dreadful, internet restricted to 30 mins free, little assistance from reception, room no 210: you go to second floor room numbers are all 3xx. you have to find yourself through a maze and go down 2 flights of stairs. breakfast: I can understand why it is free. coffee dreadful and request for hot milk was served cold. won't be going back
