Room is very spacious and clean, service is great. The pools are always clean and never crowded. Staff are all friendly and efficient, especially Miss Lovely who went out of her way to assist us. Book directly with the hotel as agencies jacked up their prices.

We stayed here for 2 nights for my brother’s wedding and I find it unsatisfying and told myself never again. First, the bathroom stinks (smells like urine) and the room is old. I don’t like the dim lighting feels. Second, Cafe Atanacio staff are so slow. We had dinner with the family night before the wedding at 5pm. The food was served past 7pm and oh, food’s cold and not great by the way. Next day at the wedding reception, my Kuya (in disgust) almost ate a cockroach. It was in the veggies plate. Eeeww, we totally lost appetite. So, never again.

Stayed here to attend a friend's wedding in one of their halls. Stay was fantastic, and the place was well-maintained (although some areas were under renovation during our visit). It made us feel like we were in a tropical village/compound. Didn't get the chance to try the pools though. Food service at the hotel cafe should be improved though. It took almost an hour to serve our order of crispy pata. But it was delicious, and the serving was generous.

The place was so nice especially the view and ambiance. The pools and the landscape are very relaxing. We rented a poolside room and beds are 2 single beds. Rooms are quite old specially the floor tiles design and the bed frame. The bed and linen are clean and very comfortable to sleep on. Aircon works well. Signal for WiFi is very strong all over the place. Buffet breakfast is good. The restaurant is very cozy. It has a very beautiful bay view. There is also a live band playing at night that would cerenade you. The only thing that I didn't like is the serving of the food in their restaurant. The serving is not so generous considering the price.

Service was great. Staff were great. Place was great. Everything was great, superb, in fact.

Best hotel in Bohol. Very comfortable and relaxing venue most especially for the big event.

Front Desk Staff is not professional and Breakfast is really bad

The resort is actually good. Its just need to improve the cleanliness especially in the room. Clean mattress, pillow case, bed sheets. Really itchy and sheets are dirty white. Also the pool needs to clean and renovate. After we had swimming I feel so itchy which causes me rashes and redness. The breakfast is ok. Just more fruits to be added, also cereals and bread. The dinner we had was great. With great band!

This hotel is big and nice. But the room we stayed was a bit old. :(
