Stylish hotel with friendly staff and comfortable room. Location is fantastic as it is at the center of the city, easy access to all areas.

The Room is clean & well designed. Good Choice for staying in Zurich. But if you have got a heavy luggage you, you have to carry them and walk. Good exercise !!

我住的房間樓底跟我身高一樣只有一米八 我是頂著天花洗頭的 地板的斜的 其實都很好 地點很好

There is no hot water supply at the 2nd day of my stay. Except that everything is good!

Property was as expected. Close to transportation and breakfast was delicious.

The staff was great, especially Paola. A very comfortable & welcoming hotel. The shower water pressure was great, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is within a 15 minute walk from the train station, a 2 minute walk to the Limmat river, & lots of places to eat around.

Nicely located in Old Town, close to restaurants and the lake, and walkable to the train station. We had the only room with a balcony, thank you so much. Even though it rained initially we were able to enjoy it later on. The room was quite spacious. Aand walkabkw

Really really good location and friendly staff. Sorted out an issue with my room. Tiny room is actually perfect for single travellers but would have been fine for two as well. Decent size. Kept clean. Amazing to have coffee in reception and water outside room.

Bell'hotel che sorge al centro di una città di suo già semplice da visitare, a pochi passi da monumenti, locali e minimarket. I tram passano sul lungofiume, a 1 minuto a piedi dall'hotel, mentre l'ottima ed enorme stazione centrale è a 10 minuti. Camera pulita e dotata di tutti i servizi e le comodità degne di un alloggio a 4 stelle che possono rivelarsi utili durante un soggiorno anche di diversi giorni. Prezzo nella norma, trattandosi di Zurigo. Unico piccolo appunto: chiuderei il box doccia su tutti i lati, per evitare "allagamenti".

This hotel was in a great location. The staff was super friendly and the rooms sizes were perfect.
