Location was perfect for those into the markets. Staff was brilliantly friendly, helpful, and fun.

Excelentes instalaciones, con muy buen servicio, muy cómodo y accesible. Si bien en un hotel pequeño es muy bonito y acogedor nos gustó mucho. Si algo pudieran mejorar serían las amenidades en el cuarto ya que solo pusieron 3 botellitas de agua durante mi estancia y su consierge muy mala atención y se la pasó en su celular en la entrada ni para saludar

great check in and beautiful hotel in SAN TELMO

This hotel is right on the main square for the Sam Telmo Sunday market. They were even doing tango on Monday after the market. A tonne of dining options, really close to a number of sights. There is plenty to explore in Sam telmo alone but this location was convenient for drivers to access and take you elsewhere (outside of Sunday with the market - many streets in the area are closed to cars). So much to do. So much to see. This hotel is a great spot to base yourself

My only comment is the breakfast was way overpriced for what was provided. If you want to charge that much, offer a couple of hot dishes. Otherwise, they were very accommodating.

Awful experience from the moment we walk in to the room ,have to leave for another hotel as soon as possible.at least they are nice enough to agree we leave early without penalty. The location is wonderful but do not expect the Hilton quality as this is more line motel with better restaurant.

The Anselmo Hotel has the perfect location. It is situated in the middle of the old San Telmo district of Buenos Aires. The neighborhood is very lively all hours of the day with locals as well as visitors walking, talking, and enjoying the friendly and comfortable feel of the area. The hotel is at the footstep of Plaza Dorrego - a pulic square that has a daily crafts market, dining area, with live musical groups and tango dancers. It is also a block or so from the San Telmo Market which is full of shopping and dining options. The hotel has a central location that allows visitors to walk to many sights or to take many transportation options such as buses, taxis, or booking Uber. The hotel staff is very friendly, courteous, and willing to help as much as possible to resolve problems or issues. The is well kept and clean. The only problem or issue that we had was the lack of soundproofing - hearing neighbors doors slam shut or loud conversations. It is located in an older, very simple working-class neighborhood with older buildings, broken sidewalks, and lots of local flare. But that is the charm of San Telmo and the Anselmo Hotel. We spent 4 days/3nights there that we truly enjoyed. We would recommend it to others.

A wonderful quaint boutique hotel located on a public square that comes alive on the weekends with a street market and dancing - fabulous fun. The hotel had a great restaurant and bar with friendly service. Breakfast was very good!

Property is very dingy…but in a very interesting location. Would stay again just for the location…

Nur die Lage ist super, ansonsten kein Hilton Standard. Hellhörig und relativ "billuge" Ausstattung.

We stayed one night on room 103, it was big but all night there was a horrible toilet smell. The night stand tables were covered with dust, the long curtains were visible dirty, the pool water was also dirty and green. Breakfast was just ok. I would not recommend this hotel.
