Hotel carpets are very dirty. Dated and dark rooms. bed toppers not clean. Bathroom very clean.

$233.69 was the price of the room according to my Expedia reservation…. quite excessive!! Then see my bank statement and they charged $333.02, I am currently in a fight to get that settled with the Hotel. Keep in mind, Nothing included for this overpriced place, not even a coffee!! So I bought one from the cafe, and then they wouldn’t let me take it into the Casino!! Their loss, I did t spend my $20 in a machine, I call that a win for me!! 16 oz single serve Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream, value $4.89, cost was over $16 here. Be sure you read the fine print on all ads when it concerns the price of a buffet there, if you’re not “A Player” the cost is significantly higher! I’m sure you can find a better deal/price anywhere else in that area!

Great location

Check in process was quick and friendly. The staff member was welcoming and helpful. The room was nice, bed and pillow comfortable, TV had plenty of channel options, saw and heard no one else in the hallway and heard minimal highway traffic so noise was not a factor. Nice selection of games in the casino. Very easy hotel/casino to drive to.

I really liked the room service breakfast

We had a great first experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was so accommodating and nice.

It was a easy check in, was quite and the only issue was the mirrors, glasses, and counter tops were all a dirty. As if they had not been wiped down. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed at Bally's in the Quad Cities for my Birthday. Traveled to all 3 nearby casinos! Rewarding Resort!

Limited Food Choices, buffet was only open for lunch, no others options in area of casino for food or shopping.

There is smoking allowed in the Casino, yet it didn't smell of smoke, which can be very annoying for me. Hardly noticed it..

The rooms are nice for the most part. When we got there the tv didn't work and we called maint. but took a bit so we tinkered with it and got it working. We asked them to look at the toilet because it wouldn't stop running, they did and it stopped for a short time. Ran most of the time we were there. We've stayed before and really enjoyed it, this time just wasn't nearly as good as previous stays. Gambling wasn't fun because the machines just aren't fun anymore and way to expensive minimum bets. We used to love but hard to give our $$ away when we aren't having fun.

Nice and clean

My husband and I had a wonderful time on our short stay. It was very relaxing just staying in the room. The walk in shower was awesome and so was the bed. So great and relaxing we fell asleep right away and slept in late.

Looked like well maintained

Both the hotel and casino were very clean. We love that the whole facility is smoke free. Room is very comfortable and clean, the casino is also very clean and not overcrowded, which we loved.
