Nice hotel. Quiet location by the river with a nice roof deck for eating or just watching the river. The rooms are big and spacious. Good aircon. It's a simple walk into the old town but a little long. Maybe 15 mins to hit the town but 20-25 to hit the main point of the old town where most of the attractions are. But you can borrow bikes for free or it's a cheap Grab ride. The hotel is a very short walk to Memories Land. Staff are friendly, speak English, and can organise trips for you. The only downside was that the plug sockets in our room were really bad. It was very difficult to plug in our phone chargers and devices, etc. Not sure if they're old and need updating or it's something else. I use Vietnamese electrical devices which work fine in Vietnam, so it's not a compatibility issue. I was quite busy, so I didn't ask them about this, but the staff are friendly, so I presume they would have helped me if I needed it. Also, the rooms have space for the mini kitchen, but it's not actually a proper kitchen as there's nothing there—would have been nice to have a microwave or small cooking stove. But overall, it's a nice quiet hotel close to the city with friendly staff and comfy rooms:).

The hotel is beautifully decorated with large room. Supportive service and nice breakfast. Best value for money.

Mất điện quá nhiều lần trong thời gian nghỉ tại phòng.

Phòng sạch sẽ, nhưng vườn cây thì không đẹp, cần chăm sóc cây cảnh hơm

Mình đánh giá cao thái độ nhân viên, rất tốt, nhiệt tình, vui vẻ, khách sạn đẹp, vị trí ngay bờ sông, view ổn, có hồ bơi rất sạch, cho mượn xe đạp free luôn nhưng mà mấy cái tiểu tiết làm mình hơi khó chịu. Ví dụ như tấm mành của phòng tắm kéo xuống rất khó khăn, kéo lên thì được. Ổ điện thiết kế không gây nguy hiểm cho trẻ em, và mình cắm điện cũng khó khăn nốt, khá vất vả chỉ để gắn được cắm sạc điện thoại. Cửa phòng tắm không đóng được bên trong mà đóng từ bên ngoài, tấm màn che cũng nằm bên ngoài cánh cửa nốt. Do mình đi với 1 bạn nữa (ko pải couple) nên thấy khá bất tiện. Với giá tiền phòng như vậy mà mấy cái tiểu tiết không đáng đó làm mình thấy không tương xứng với giá cả lắm

Khách sạn không khí rất tốt. Dịch vụ tốt.
