Great place to stay although a little bit far from the main train station. It takes one bus ride to get there.

The breakfast was the best part...fresh fruits, they only had boiled eggs and I prefer scrambled or omelet. We got there like 4pm and the room was not cold...then we put on the air, we left and came back like at 11pm and it wasn't cool enough- we were tired we went to bed and then like at 1am the air turns off...it was so hot we couldn't sleep.

It's a gorgeous view of Mt. Pilatus, right by a bus stop.. It was nice to stay out of the city center, quieter and since we stayed during a heat wave it was cooler as well. The hotel is very cute.The breakfast was nice and coffee machine was wonderful. We loved that they provided a place to hang all of the towels to reuse. The bathroom area was nice. We stayed in the top family room during a heat wave. The room was not at all cool enough. Temperature by the ceiling beams was in the high 80s by our thermometer app. They had set up a portable aircon and turned it on before our arrival thank goodness. But it was too big of a room to be sufficiently cooled by one machine. The beams were in the photos, so we knew ahead of time, but it was constant reminders to duck and be careful. In retrospect I wish I had booked two rooms. The second bed is shoved into the wall, so the ceiling is just above you. There is no one working the front desk ever, it is digital check in/out. Which isn't a problem except when you need something. Our soap ran out and we had to ask the person working the restaurant. The shower ran hot/cold- we were taking cool showers because of the heat and it would suddenly turn hot, and freezing. Note that if you book the family room you have to use stairs-quite a few of them!, the elevator does not take you to your room.

The hotel is a less than 10 minute bus ride (#20) from the Lucerne train station and the bus stop is about 100 yards from the hotel. It’s got beautiful mountain views, a comfortable room (#351), a nice sized shower and air conditioning that works great in this heat wave! Breakfast is really good too, but the two things I really liked were the automated check-in (you do it yourself on a tablet and even make your own room keys) and Manuela, the employee I could always find. She knew so much about where to go and what to do and spoke perfect English on top of it. She even helped us add an extra day stay because we liked Lucerne so much! My husband and I would definitely come back!

Apesar de um pouco longe do centro, o ônibus 20 para junto ao hotel,e leva até a estação e o lago. Perfeito. O hotel é agradável, porém o check-in é um auto check-in, não tem ajuda,só se solicitar a uma unics pessoa que fica fazendo tudo do hotel. Porém, acaba dando tudo certo.

We had the family suite and for us, staying one night, the room was functional. There were some unique design decisions (glass pane that looks directly into shower so anyone in room could watch you take shower). Fine if it was for a couple, but for a family, a little awkward. Same for having a bathtub in the room. The room was also a little confusing to get to with luggage, but understand that is more to do with the limitiations of an older building.

Great location, poised to access downtown Lucerne, but with free parking and a nice complimentary breakfast. Being a boutique hotel, there was very limited staff on-site … including a self checkin and checkout system. Two buildings were combined to yield this hotel, and as a result there is a weird descending / ascending small step transition zone in interior halls between them. Our biggest issue was traffic noise. We had a front corner room, and without AC, had to keep the windows open for comfort (including while sleeping). The road noise persisted though the night and was distracting even with ear plugs.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. ​Zimmer: Das Zimmer war wirklich schön gemütlich und tadellos sauber. ​Check-in: Der Self-Check-in war okay, allerdings gibt es definitiv intuitivere Systeme. Es hat etwas länger gedauert als gehofft. ​Frühstück: Die Qualität war gut und es hat geschmeckt, allerdings ist die Auswahl im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der direkten Umgebung eher überschaubar. ​Fazit: Für einen kurzen Trip absolut empfehlenswert, beim Frühstück und dem digitalen Check-in ist aber noch Luft nach oben.

Das Frühstück war gut, Der Eierkocher war etwas tricky in der Bedutzung 😅. KOSTENLOSE Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und wie frisch renoviert. Die Dusche war schön groß. Eine Empfehlung ist das Restaurant. Wir waren zum Abendessen - der Tartar und das Lamm waren hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein sehr sauberes Zimmer/ Haus. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Gutes Frühstück. Durch das digitale Einchecken etwas unpersönlich.

The hotel was a labyrinth. To get to my room on the third floor, I had to take the elevator to the second (?) floor, walk through a hallway, then in a second staircase (with no elevator, walk down a set of stairs and up two floors of stairs. I had a lot of luggage to carry, and was not happy to have to carry this up and down stairs. The hotel seemed quite empty, so I don't understand why such an inconvenient room was handed out. The breakfast hours closed at 10:00, which I already find to be quite early. However, they started closing the breakfast already at 9:45. Even though I was the only one in the dining area, they did not ask me if I wanted anything else before closing. I had to quickly save some food before everything was cleaned out.

Colazione nella media,per chi ama la colazione dolce troverà meno rispetto a quella salata. Camera pulita e assolutamente silenziosa. Parcheggio privato comodo.

Wir waren mit unseren Aufenthalt in dem Hotel äußerst zufrieden. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen, und der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Besonders gefallen haben mir das bequeme Bett und die ruhige Atmosphäre, die für erholsame Nächte sorgten. Auch der Service war hervorragend. Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit, höflich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und frisch, mit einer großen Auswahl an regionalen Produkten. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

O hotel fica a 10 min da estação de trem central!! Com onibus 20 que passa na porta te deixa na estação do trem, porto p passeios de barco e acesso ao centro histórico de Luzern!! O restaurante do hotel é fantástico!!
