everything and they still won't send me a copy of my invoice for the stay and they did not return the deposit to me. They also did this last year when we stayed there so it seems like a scam giving them a "deposit" that they say you get back upon departure but they never intend to at all. As I took my dog out for a walk in the morning, there was a homeless person coming out of the main lobby bathroom and wandering the halls when I came back in the building.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, peaceful, and very quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and restful getaway.

Nice , helpful staff. Restaurant limited recipe , drinks and supper good , breakfast ( not complementary ) was expensive but not tasty . Not close to other restaurants or services. Need a car . Free shuttle to airport. First assigned occupied room , our key opened another guests' room! Yikes.

Great customer service

Very disappointing breakfast service. I stayed from July 3 to July 5. On both mornings, I waited about 30 minutes for breakfast because only one employee appeared to be handling orders, payments and food service. This is an airport hotel, and guests catching flights may not have 30 minutes to wait for breakfast. One morning, my toast was also badly burnt and had to be replaced. For approximately $155 per night, I do not believe the service was worth the price. Very disappointing and far below the standard I expected from Radisson.

New facility, good price, good location

Always stay at this location everytime I’m in Edmonton never had issues with this place and also makes it convenient that there is a shuttle that picks you up from the airport and back . Would highly recommend

Furniture a bit outdated. Clean room . Good size. Spacious lobby.

It's always solid. Tried to break a $20 at the front desk without success. So I couldn't leave leave $10 for housekeeping.

Staff was very rude. Had to ask for things that should have been in the room in the first place multiple times to just be given attitude from the front desk staff. (Room had no tv remote, no shampoo, or soap for your hands or body) issues were never dealt with in a timely manor. When first went to the room after check in the door was left open.

A very modern hotel with comfortable rooms, tons of amenities and easy access to the highway. There is ample parking on site as well.

Nice place to stay after and before the flight

Beds were amazing. It was clean and quiet. Shower was a bit slippery but otherwise it was amazing.

Great location by the airport. It was clean and updated. Great price. Shuttle service offered but we did not need it. Would stay here again. Solid 3 star. Wish there were lids for the free coffee in the foyer.
