Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to El Nido! They have free breakfast, free water and tea, free self service washing machine and the staff are the kindest people ever! Extended my stay and stayed for a total of 4 nights and loved every bit of it! They had karaoke night and film night during my stay there. Again, highly highly recommend this!

2-days-3-nights stay was nice. There is this staff who is so polite, always greets you. They got free laundry. The place is going up a bit to the hill. Though you can still enjoy the town, it’s just a 5-min walk. Breakfast is buffet, there you can eat a lot. They got free coffee and tea on the lobby where you can also hang out a bit. The room should be perfectly fine except that the AC seemed to bother me, it was noisy (maybe the compressor). The bed is wide enough, very comfortable. Overall, I got a peaceful stay.

Service was superb. Breakfast was great too. It’s the room that we found unsatisfying. We stayed at other hotels for our first 3 days and room was really clean. But when we transferred to Spin, it had this rusty smell right when we entered it. It even got worse when we arrived after we ate dinner. It had an exhaust fan but it still smelled so bad despite the fact we haven’t even used the bathroom yet. It was so hard to fall asleep with that kind of smell. Another unsatisfying experience was the water supply. We understand it is deep well but the thing is in Swiftlets Inn, the water did not smell bad. Spin has so many good reviews so we decided to try it for our final night. But the room was a disappointment. Almost the same rate (even higher) with Swiftlets Inn. Another one we noticed was it did not have TV (not that important though). But the service of the staff was an A-lister for us. Thank you.

The hotel is perfect for couples who are looking for a comfortable stay within the main town. The room we stayed in was very clean; all the hotel staff were really nice and accommodating; we had such a good hotel experience; will totally recommend

Great location- close to the city center where all the restos and bars are situated (walking distance from the hotel); friendly and helpful staff- always greets you with a smile and are happy to serve; clean and comfortable room

I was already assigned on the upper bunk bed in 29C. On my second day, there were 2 new ladies and they said that they were told that they will use 2 upper bunk bed. But I told them that I occupied the upper bunk bed under 29C and I even showed my keycard with 29C on it. Then, the other lady told me that they will be using the upper bunk bed and remove my things. I don't want to argue anymore so I just occupied the lower bunk. Next time, please remind your staff in the reception desk to check the assigned bunk beds for the guest. Because I am occupying the bunk bed then you are telling the new guest that they will occupy the upper bunk bed. It will cause misunderstanding for both parties. Please remind the one who is cleaning the room not to throw anything. I left my shampoo and conditioner in the wooden shelf near the power outlet and it was gone.

Actually its not really bad.. the room is clean but the bed is too small if you wanna stay 2 person..

The room is small. The bed is queen size bed to share 2 person. No cupboard to put our belonging.

It's new hotel in the town. It's nice & good service. However, it doesn't have toothpaste & brush. You need to prepair your personal items.

Spin has a super accommodating and nice hotel staff. I wish we could've stayed longer but there's a reason why they are fully booked even during off-peak seasons.

This hostel is perfect for solo travelers. It's the best hostel I've ever stayed at. Rooms and bed are big. Also they have free buffet breakfast where you get the chance to socialize with other guests. And their staff are very helpful and friendly.

I had a pleasant stay here but the problem is our room mate is messy. This hostel is not a party hostel.

This hostel really good, breakfast delicious, all crew very nice especially mrs. Ami vert friendly with all guest. Best pancake, i love activity in spin hostel everyday. Cooking class, margarita. I hope soon can back again to Spin El Nido
