Ưu điểm: Khách sạn gần với hầu như tất cả các dịch vụ: ăn uống, cafe, mal, mua sắm, chợ đêm SS2, cửa hàng tiện lợi. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Nói chung rất ok. Yên tĩnh. Nhược điểm: Phòng nhiều bụi bẩn, đặc biệt là máy lạnh rất bẩn, khi mình vào ở, từ tivi, máy lạnh, đầu giường đóng 1 lớp bụi không có sự vệ sinh trước? Trong phòng cảm giác mùi ẩm mốc từ máy lạnh, mùi khó chịu ngay khi bước vào -> cần cải thiện. Ngoài ra, khách sạn không giống ở VN, không trang bị dép mang trong phòng, kem đánh răng, bàn chải đánh răng, dầu gội. Mình ở 5 đêm được 2 chai nước thôi, và không có vệ sinh dọn phòng trong suốt 5 ngày.-> Không biết là do phong cách ở Malaysia hay sao đó? Nhưng mình đã đi Malaysia 3 lần, các khách sạn lúc trước đều có trang bị đầy đủ. Dù sao thì, vẫn ok, nhưng cần cải thiện vấn đề vệ sinh.

I'm shocked with the poor state of the hotel. Nothing like the beautiful photos posted. I booked a Deluxe room expecting a better room but I was told Deluxe means Double bed. Room is very small With no windows. 3 story hotel BUT no elevators.

Old hotel, cleaniness need to improve.

The worst hotel I have ever stay. The room is not as per advertised. The hotel is too dirty and dusty. If you have any health issue please do not book this hotel. You can see hair in the bathroom and not a clean bathroom. Worst hotel ever. Regret booking this hotel.

Dalam gambar tunjuk ada mesin urut .. setiba dekat sana tak ada pun.. sarung bantal ada jeragat.. pemanas air berhabuk !! towel ada yg kotor

I found bedbugs/mites on my bed. Thankfully, the staff quickly gave me a new, clean room. But the night after, there is a smell of cigarettes entering my room from outside. I hope the cleanliness improves. It's a big deal for those with health problems like me.

A friend who check in for 2 nights was bitten al over by bed bugs. Do I need to say more?

Small space room, but so efficient. Had hot water but less hanger, also don't have massage equipment for this room type (basic room)

Semua ok. Tetapi yang kurang adalah parking, sangat-sangat susah nak dapat parking kereta area situ, pusing 5x belum tentu ada parking.

Good place to stay. Surrounded by all sorts of restaurant, shops & etc. All in walking distance.

Kami datang ke KL dengan tujuan untuk berobat dan melakukan operasi. Hotel ini tidak mempunyai lift sedangkan kamar berada di lantai 2 keatas, ketika kami masuk ke kamar, bau rokok langsung tercium. Ini terakhir kalinya kami menginap di sana.

Bad services! Need a extra pillow cannot, request for lowest floor but give the highest floor. Too bad

Kami check-in rombongan dari tanggal 29 Juni sampai 3 jul 2018. Proses check-in lama sekali, Kami terpaksa menunggu kamar benar-benar kosong walaupun sudah lewat waktu check-in. Harusnya sebelumnya kamar sudah dipersiapkan, tapi ternyata belum. Tidak ada elevator jadi agak susah untuk yang punya banyak bawaan. Wi finya susah koneksinya. Dan tidak otomatis diberikan air mineral di setiap kamar yang extend tinggal. Harus diminta dulu baru dikasih tambahan air mineralnya. Dikenakan extra charge RM 10 jika pesan lewat online.

Stayed here for a few times already, it’s a great budget hotel with good cleanliness although service can be improved as they forgot to give us clean towels 3 days in a row and even forgot to replace the pillowcase after they’ve removed it off the pillow. Other than that it was a great stay :)

When I checked in, the room doesn't have any towel, and I asked receptionist, then I have to wait for more than 1 hour. I think they understaffed or something, but still not a really pleasant stay. Location is quite nice though

The room space is quite okay for solo traveler and the price is cheaper compared with others.
