The location is perfect, parking is spacious and easy. cleanliness is meh. the safety of each room is quite concerning because of the doorlock. the housekeeping tried to scam us by saying that we dirtied the sheets when in fact it was there the whole time and the bed wasn’t even in use. other than that, everything else is great👍🏻

Front Desk was helpful. Self service washing machine and dryer available (2 sets). 40b for washing (45m), 60b for dryer (1 hr). Cosy room with flat screen tv, air purifier, coffee making facility, hair dryer and 2 seat sofa provided. Suggestion for improvement: 1. Umbrella for guest use- collect a deposit. To refund upon return of the same. 2. Bedroom slippers to be provided.

hotel yg agak selesa & menarik..walaupun parking open depan hotel,tapi limited space antara 20-30buah kereta ja hotel ni tersorok sikit & berada di kawasan yg tak sibuk/sesak so, agak tenang kat kawasan hotel proses chek in cepat & pantas, tak perlu deposit pun lobby hotel biasa saja tapi seles berdekatan 7e, cafe amazon,jalan kaki ja bilik sangat luas utk yg family yg best ada pintu antara master bed & living room/bedroom ke 2,ada sikit privasi utk mak & ayah dari anak ada jugak sofa yg anak boleh tidur kalau 2 dewasa 2 kanak² dan 1 baby, dah selesa kalau ambik bilik ni..

Booked a Triple Room and was initially assigned Room 701, but unfortunately, it had a strong smoke smell. Went to the lobby to request a room change, and the staff, especially the lady who assisted us, was very helpful. We were reassigned toRoom 517 which was much bigger than the previous one, possibly an upgrade. Really appreciate the great service! The hotel offers free parking which is a plus for those driving. It is also within walking distance (5 minutes) to Bangloh Kaitod Decha, a well-known spot for local food. One thing to note is that there were dogs lingering in the parking area, so those who are not comfortable with that should be aware. Overall, great customer service, free parking, and a good location for food lovers!

Spacious room for family of 4, clean and cozy. Hotel staff very friendly. My toilet flush and fridge are faulty got repaired immedietely. Highly recommended.

It was less disappointing the first time I got a room, it was a bit scary with the hot air conditioner. The second room is quite comfortable, just a little less comfortable. With the condition of the air conditioner room that is not cold, the atmosphere of the room is quite gloomy.

Ini sepertinya hotel lama yang ganti lama, kamarnya luas, check-in jam 11 sudah bisa dan staffnya ada yang bisa bahasa melayu dan ramah pulak. Hanya saja kamar mandinya bau karena pengap.

This Hotel comfortable, clean, tidy, friendly staff. Just walk 10-15 min to Lee Garden. We arrive hotel on 8:30am, staff give us check in early so we can take a rest. Just 7th floor the bath room water heater is not hot and My friend 8th floor water very slow. Overall satisfactory and price is reasonable. will recommend to others.

This hotel near the city, and ezy to fine food, the hotel staff can speak Malay, also my room got problem but they do for me, sink at toilet and bathroom, some of the room air con got problems when running at night ,walking destination to Lee garden, ezy take tuk tuk , all to gather fine staff ,lso very friendly, but old hotel .
