Clean, helpful host, not quite on beach as advertised on hotels.com (and charged a resort fee) (it's across street), but good value for what we needed it for. There was also an additional service fee when we checked in that wasn't labeled on hotels.com (as all fees were meant to be included) but it wasn't much just good to know.

Great Old Florida Motel! It's not new or fancy but the accommodations are perfect for a relaxing weekend away. The beach is right across the street, the pool is clean and inviting. Staff was accommodating and kind. We will be back!

Great quiet, clean motel right across the street from the beach. Nothing fancy, simple and cozy. Does need some updating.

If you're looking for a 4 star hotel this is not the place for you. If you're looking for a quaint, clean, quiet motel in a great location, across the street from the ocean this IS the place for you. Great customer service, and very nice pool. The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. Rooms have a kitchenette too. The motel needs some updating. They are working on that. I will be back for sure and I do recommend you give it a try.

It was a nice area but the ac barely worked and the bathroom windows weren’t even real glass it was plastic so the bathrooms were hotter then the room.

Staff is very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Great- location- Beach access right across the street/Walkable to restaurants.

The property is nice and i felt completely safe. My only complaint would be that an extra inside lock needs to be added to the first floor room that we were in.

Beautiful room/apartment (love the colors and beachy coastal vibes) with great amenities. Clean and well kept grounds with outdoor seating. Perfect location directly across the street from beach access And a short ride to everything else you need and want to do!

Nice quiet litte place to get away for a couple of days. Very clean for an older place. Nice grill to use out on pool deck with utensils.

Cute little beach motel w beach access across the street. Not much walkability but I was just there for the beach. Friendly staff. No coffee maker in room but coffee in office.

I’ve been coming here for years.Literally the nicest people,spotless rooms and the beach is just across the street.Pool is nice and big,they have a small dinner ,excellent option for lunch.A few minutes away from John’s Pass ,bars and restaurants.Debbie the manager and her staff will make you feel welcome every time.

The hotel was great. Expedia charging me about 75$ more than going directly to the hotel + service fee of 17$, not so good. You got me once expedia but never again.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich hervorragend. Sie war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles war sauber, und Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher dufteten angenehm frisch. Ich kann diesen Ort von Herzen weiterempfehlen!
