Die Lage ist grandios. Die Zimmer sind etwas abgewohnt, bräuchten wie das Bad eine Renovierung. Dafür sind die Zimmer großzügig.

Einfach und unkompliziert, reicht für einen kurztrip.

Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Service Top, Zimmer waren sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand.

Die Bedienfelder des Herdes werden beim Kochen sehr heiß was schwierig macht diesen vernünftig zu bedienen. Davon ganz abgesehen ist die Funktion absolut unverständlich, es gehen immer beide herdplatten an, man kann die Stufe nicht vernünftig einstellen und nach einiger Zeit ging er einfach aus

Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Gibt nichts zu bemängeln, jedoch nachts strenger Rezeptionist, der trotz ruhigem Betreten sehr unfreundlich nach Zimmernummer und co fragte.

Super für einen Ballermann Urlaub.

Ich war bereits zum 2. mal in dieser Unterkunft. Das Personal war wieder sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, gut ausgestattet und mit einer funktionierenden Klimatechnik ausgestattet. Leider gibt es im Zimmer vereinzelt Defekte (Rauchmelder fällt von der Decke, Lose Bodenfliesen im Bad oder Regale die fast von der Wand fallen). Hier sollte etwas Baulich nachgebessert werden. Ansonsten eine tolle Unterkunft, zu der ich gerne wieder zurück komme! Danke!

Personnel tres accueillant. Nous avons fait 2 hotels differents à S'arenal. Cabot 3 torres est bien mieux situé (rue calme) et beaucoup plus propre que le second. Seul bémol... il serait temps de changer la literie...

It’s in the middle of a busy tourist area! Very close to beach and restaurants but has its own private pool. Staff are great , helpful and speak multiple languages! Rooms are great!

Stayed with my 3 children. They had the pool to themselves the whole week which was great for them (and me). Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Great little bar on site. Would stay again.

Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit. Tolle Unterkunft nah am Mega Park und auch am Bierkönig ist man schnell. Große Zimmer.

The Apartment is very big, the balcony is nice to have breakfast on and the Kitchen is just right. It’s just a few mins walk to a grocery store and to the Megapark

Struttura molto pulita ed esteticamente carina. L'appartamento era attrezzato di tutto, ci hanno anche cambiato la macchinetta del caffè con una da espresso. L'unica pecca erano i fornelli (non si leggevano i numeri sul display e quindi andavamo un po' ad istinto!) e i letti singoli (avremmo preferito un matrimoniale... Mio marito è caduto in mezzo ai due letti mentre si girava) Per il resto tutto perfetto. Consigliatissimo

My stay was incredible - either it was location, which is literally 1 min away from the beach, in a peaceful neighborhood (at least in February) and how clean and well-furnished the apartment was, I am highly satisfied with my stay. I will definitely come back! The only downside is the checkout which is at 10:00am which is really early. Usually all checkouts hotels are at 11:00 or 12:00.

Very competitive pricing considering the hotels around. Bathroom needed a bit of some upgrade.
